A Mellow Brick Road...: Ooooh What A Day, What A Day!

This morning Mommy got you both dressed, fed breakfast and lunch, and then you two were off for Aunt Ti's by 1pm. When Mommy dropped you two off, Bodhi, you broke Mommy's heart! You cried and cried, saying you wanted a "Mommy Day," and that you wanted your Momma :( Mommy explained that I had to go to work, but that I would see you at 7pm with a treat :) Aunt Ti sent Mommy a text saying you were fine and that you were telling everyone about your new Dora bike ha/ha I have no idea where that came from, but you were happy and that made Mommy feel better. Buddha, you started to fuss and cling to Momma too, but you shake out of it pretty quickly. You are ALWAYS excited to go to Aunt Ti's. You both never want to leave when Mommy picks you up, so Mommy wishes you didn't break Mommy's heart!

Mommy had to drop Ms. Allie off at home and Daddy stopped by to report that his dentist was extremely disturbed by the amount of puss that poured out when he went to drill Daddy's tooth, YUCK! Daddy's jaw was hurting so bad, so when Mommy left for work and came back home in between times, Mommy was also concerned that Daddy went back to work. Mommy tried calling Daddy to tell him to get home and go to bed, but Daddy didn't answer or return Mommy's call until like four hours later! Daddy still doesn't know how to work his super expensive phone, ugggh!

Mommy met Aunt Ti after work here in Kokomo. Aunt Ti had some errands to run, and so did Mommy. Mommy had gathered up several bags of overstock project items to return to Lowes and Menards, so you two accompanied Mommy to make some returns. While at Menards, Mommy overheard a woman and her husband negotiating some plant prices, so Mommy thought she'd try to get some good prices on perennial flowers as well... we left with $100 dollars worth of flowers for $50 ha/ha! Mommy has been bothered by the line of Hastas (not sure how to spell hee/hee) lining our porch, it's very tailored and very blah! So Mommy had on her long-term to-do list to get some wild flowers to plant between the Hastas... and by 10:30 p.m., that project can be crossed off Mommy's to-do list :)-

While we were out, Mommy treated you two, out of guilt, to a cherry sprite from Cone Palace, Mommy also picked up some dinner for Mommy and Daddy. Once home, we were greeted by Sean Franky and his brand new 2012 car! Oh my! It's a beautiful black Chrysler 200, I think ha/ha Franky also landed a job with Comcast today :) YAY Franky! Daddy arrived home minutes later and we all stopped, including our neighbors who had a ton of visitors over, all of us with a concerned look on our faces... Daddy's car was making the most horrible and loud noise ever! Great! Mommy immediately started scanning the car looking for where Daddy's car had been hit, but he wasn't (thankfully) in a wreck, but we aren't quite certain what is causing the noise. Our old neighbor and car mechanic, was drunk tonight, so Daddy didn't get any answers and will have to have him look at it once again when he has recovered ha/ha

You two decided it was too hot to play outside, so you went inside to play and watch your new movie that Franky had brought over for you. Daddy stayed inside with you both while Mommy planted all of our flowers and watered everything... like I previously mentioned, until 10:30 a.m. Mommy came inside to put you both to bed, in which you both had melt-downs you both were so tired. You both are now fast asleep in your own little beds, hopefully having sweet dreams, and hopefully not allowing the bed bugs to bite :)
