The Drag Queen to Eminem Transformation

You both started off your morning with Mommy.  Daddy went to work and you two instantly started in on Mommy about having a piece of rum cake for breakfast ha/ha.  You both were in luck, there was one piece left, so we you both shared the last piece of rum cake.

Afterwards, Bodhi, you took Mommy's hand and said, "Mommy play dress-up with me."  You are talking so much, it's incredible.  The things you say are even more unbelievable.  You have a sweet wit and you are so smart!  Well, Mommy quit cleaning up and went to play dress-up with you.  Mommy couldn't leave Jude out, so Mommy started with Jude, and Bodhi you thought he was hilarious, so did Mommy.  We put a blue ribbon around his head, snapped some earrings on his ears, and piled on the necklaces.  We then had Buddha walk down the cat walk and pose for pictures.  He loves to make people laugh so he was being quite silly and loving all of the attention :)  Bodhi, you couldn't wait for your turn, you put on quite a show as well.  We had some good laughs.

As Mommy was feeding you both lunch, Daddy came home and surprised us all.  He was off of work early. Aunt Ti called to tell us that she would be picking you both up today since she had to come into town.  You both were excited about going to Aunt Ti's... you both had been asking what she was doing and if you could go to Aunt Ti's the last few days :)

You two were loaded into Aunt Ti's van, along side Ellie, Lizzie, and Andrew, and you guys were off for adventures at Aunt Ti's.  Jude man :)  Aunt Ti put your hair in corn rows.  When Mommy got the text, Mommy was so excited to see you.  Aunt Ti sent Mommy some pictures, and you had Mommy cracking up.  You looked like a cross between Eminem and a surfer dude ha/ha  Mommy couldn't wait to see you in person.

Aunt Ti had to come to town again this evening and she had asked that Mommy meet her at the mall so I could sit with Ellie, Lizzie, Andrew, and you two while she ran in to grab some things... so, Mommy and Daddy ran to pickup Sister Kelly a birthday present (thank goodness we had a credit card b/c our money has been TIGHT), and then Mommy dropped Daddy off at home and met you all at the mall.  Aunt Ti had Mommy run you all over to McDonalds to get some fries to share while she took care of business ha/ha  and Mommy told Ellie that she had to drive the van because Mommy had no experience... Ellie, so sweet, innocent, and extremely smart, was actually game hee/hee.  So Mommy secretly allow Ellie to drive us all through the crowded Friday night parking lot at the mall and through the McDonald's line all for some fries... ha/ha  just kidding.  Aunt Ti would kill Mommy, so Mommy would never tell :)-

Once home, you two were a bit fussy to say the least, and Daddy just as crabby had to be put in time-out by Mommy for being so cranky with you both, he got it straightened out after his time-out hee/hee Mommy then took Grandmoo a bathing suit, and then made dinner for us.  Afterwards, you, Bodhi, wanted to go with Mommy to walk Ms. Allie.  Mommy was happy you wanted to go out in the heat, you don't handle the heat well... you are like your Momma when it comes to handling the heat.  Buddha, you opted to stay behind, you wouldn't get your shoes on, so you missed out.  When we returned from our walk, Bodhi, you held Ms. Allie and Mommy put Dora Kitty and Baby Ella in their house for the night.  It was then lights out for babes!  Buddha, you had Mommy take your braids out, you were itching and picking at them... and you looked so darn cute with the waves in your hair from your braids!  Bodhi, I can't even express how proud I am of you and how well you are talking and behaving.  You are growing into such a sweet witty little "thang!"

Buddha, you are close enough to the ideal age to potty train, and well, since Mommy missed that window with Sissy and she's now too stubborn no matter how much Mommy, Daddy, Grandmoo, and GiGi bribe her, Mommy has read up and has a plan of action in place to get you potty trained, Jude.  This is scheduled for Sunday, and Mommy has been trying to get you pumped for it, which you are, and you are so darn cute... "Yeah, big boy panties and big boy potty!" HA!  Mommy will explain more about the "plan" tomorrow.  Hopefully, it will motivate your sister to get trained as well... that's the goal!  No more diapers = more toys!

Sweet dreams my sweet sweet sweet babes!  :)

PS Aunt Ti bought you, Bodhi, a Hello Kitty Giant-size coloring book :) and you Buddha, a beach ball!  She sure does spoil you two :)
