Recovery Sunday

With all my home improvement projects, Mommy keeps falling behind a day on our daily blog entries... which is a major challenge since I can't seem to remember what happened an hour ago  ha/ha  So here goes, I'll do my best... We all slept a little later than usual, DMB really took it out of us last night.  Once we all awakened, we had breakfast together and lounged our morning away.  You two went down for naps and when you awakened Daddy and I decided to take you two for our usual weekend antique shopping trip to check out the latest goods at some of our favorite shops.  You both were extremely fussy, so after our first stop, we grabbed some dinner and headed  back home.  You two were wound up from lounging all day, so Mommy took you both outside to play while I watered our plants and yard.  Buddha, you asked to go back inside, which rarely happens, so you woke your Daddy up and stayed inside with him while Bodhi and I took Ms. Allie for a walk.  Mr. Arlo and Ms. Allie were exhausted from all their walks Sean Franky gave them while we were at the concert.  However, Ms. Allie was ready for a walk after being in the house all day.  It was extremely hot, but Bodhi, you were game.  Mommy grabbed a bag in case Ms. Allie had to use the bathroom on our walk, but you, Bodhi, decided you were going to do some neighborhood clean-up and you turned Ms. Allie's bag into a trash bag.  You were picking up every piece of trash you came across.  Ms. Allie was not amused with the constant delays, however, she still managed to get a good walk in.  Bodhi, you decided half way around the block you wanted to go home, it was super hot.  Mommy told you that you were a Grills' woman and that you had to finish what you started, plus Ms. Allie was relying on us.  You managed to last the whole walk, running the last block.  Mommy challenged you to a race and you gladly accepted. You won of course :)

After our walk, you and your brother headed to bed, but you didn't stay in bed Ms. Bodhi.  You decided you wanted to sleep on the couch while Daddy slept on the other couch, and while Mommy finished painting our back splash in our kitchen.  Nighty night my sweet babes!

Sorry about the lack of pictures of you, Buddha :(

Mommy was talking to Aunt Ti on the phone when I noticed a little curly haired girl spying from the stairs ha/ha  You were checking out what Mommy and Daddy were doing :)

When Mommy laughed and took a picture of you, you decided it was ok to come downstairs :)

Ms. Allie got tired of waiting for Mommy to finish painting and decided she would do a major no no... she hopped up on the couch with you bodhi :)
