A Friday GiGi Treat!!!

Today, Daddy had to be off to work quite early for an eight o’clock class, and Daddy in fact got up very, very early to catch up on some work he needed to complete before his class, and he just couldn’t get done last night because he was hurting so bad (and he even got in for an emergency doctor’s appointment for a pain intervention shotL yesterday afternoon). Bodhi, you were still so tired from yesterday, you didn’t get up until Daddy was almost ready to leave, and you cried, and cried, and cried for Daddy to stay home with you and work (and color) in our library together. You are so doggone precious!!!

Daddy got home just before noon, and made the two of you lunch and helped get you ready for an afternoon with GiGi; GiPa was out of state with his sons on a fishing trip, so GiGi expressed she wanted to spend all afternoon with the two of you, and needless to say you both were jazzed about that! GiGi came by to pick you both up at 12:30 p.m.  and Daddy didn’t go over to bring you home until about 8:00 p.m., and as usual you both wanted to stay longer, though it was evident you both had enjoyed a full day of entertaining fun with your beloved GiGi. GiGi had purchased some Kentucky Fried Chicken and made some vegetables for you for dinner (corn and cottage cheese) and she was amazed at how much you eat, Buddha! GiGi sent the remaining chicken home for Mommy and DaddyJ.

While the two of you were enjoying your GiGi adventure, Mommy and Daddy worked on projects at the house, found some time for huggy bear J, and then Mommy went in to do some of her case management work. Mommy has been busy, busy, busy finalizing projects, including painting our kitchen, and working on completing her craft room. Oh my gosh, as you have been repeatedly saying lately BodhiJ, we have such a beautiful home, and Mommy is so talented in making it more beautiful day by day!

Sean Franky stopped by about an hour before Daddy left to pick the two of you up, and Daddy had taken some pain medicine and was resting on the couch with his eyes closed J while Mommy and Sean Franky screamed back and forth about politics (in agreement), and Daddy thought he was dreaming something about Mommy asking Sean Franky to bring her a surprise brownie. After Sean Franky left, and Mommy went off to work, Daddy went to GiGi’s and picked the two of you up to come home. On the way home, Daddy reminded the two of you that tomorrow is Farmer’s Market and that we would have a family adventure when Daddy came home from work, and Bodhi you told me to invite GiGi to comeJ. When we got home, Daddy found a brownie on the kitchen table so apparently Daddy wasn’t hallucinating or dreaming after all, and Mommy came home and we all got ready for bed. Daddy kept his promise and called and invited GiGi to join us tomorrow morning for a walk to the Farmer’s Market and Bodhi you smiled from ear to earJ.

Buddha, Daddy thinks we should document an observation that apparently Superman ice cream dyes your poop and your butt blue-green! But apparently, Supergirl ice cream doesn’t dye yours, BodhiJ. Ah, the mysteries of science…

“Night, night” our precious baby royalty!!!

PS Uncle Dan!!!  What the hell is up with Jesse Kelly, seriously?!!!  What an insensitive IDIOT!  Hopefully Arizonians will see through his bull!

You two were so excited to go to GiGi's, you kept giving each other hugs :)

Look at your adorable outfit Ms. Bodhi :)
(Mommy with no makeup on) was surprised by Daddy with a belated Mother's Day gift :)  Daddy had researched and researched to find Mommy one just like Grandmoo's :)

Thank you Baby Bo!
