Busy Monday

As soon as Mommy awakened, shortly after you two were stirring, Mommy headed straight for the shower.  Mommy didn't get a shower in last night, and I'm pretty sure my feet are stained black, uggggh!  While Mommy "washed her dirty butt," as Daddy always says, Daddy made you two breakfast.  You both enjoyed hard boiled eggs, toast, and raspberries :)  As soon as you two were done eating and Mommy done showering, Mommy got you both dressed and we headed outside.  You both helped Mommy water all of our flowers, plants, trees, and grass.  It looked as though it was going to rain at one point, but it never did.  By the time we finished watering, you two had watered each other and were a soaking mess.  Grandmoo dropped by and surprised you two.  Mommy was applying Dora Kitty's and Baby Ella's flee treatments when Grandmoo sneaked up on us.  You two of course went nuts.  Dora Kitty was also flying out of my arms as she is always on alert with you two near.

Grandmoo played with us, and then looked after you two while Mommy prepared lunch.  Grandmoo believes that Baby Ella is "special," and it was confirmed when Mommy gave her a bath without any trouble ha/ha  Dora Kitty on the other hand, ripped the pearl right out of my ring when I bathed her, she's definitely not "special," but a normal cat that hates water.  Baby Ella is always talking too, so we have a special needs kitty, she fits right in with us :)

Grandmoo stuck around until you two were finished eating lunch, and even helped Mommy clean you both up. Then you two went down for your naps.  Jude, you slept a record four hours!  Bodhi and Mommy decided to wake you up, we were both disturbed at how long you had been sleeping.  Hopefully you aren't getting sick!  While you two napped, Mommy was busy working on our kitchen cabinets.  Mommy is staying on target, though I dread doing it all over again every day this week :(  They are looking really nice, though the ones I finished today look much nicer than the ones I did yesterday :(  Practice makes perfect, so when I get the rest done, I'll probably redo the first four that I did.

Daddy came home from work to take a quick nap before going to his other job.  Daddy bought us a cheese pizza since Mommy has our kitchen in such a mess... not to mention I just didn't feel like cooking.  Bodhi, you are becoming more like your Momma everyday, you didn't like the pizza.  Mommy hates pizza too.  Jude, you chowed down, and then decided to rip up the remainder into a thousand pieces and throw it all over the living room, ugghh!  Mommy was cleaning up another mess while you were busy making a huge mess, little stinker.

We played inside the remainder of the night, and when Daddy arrived home shortly after 7pm (Starbucks coffee in hand for Momma) you all watched Rio together while Mommy got busy on the cabinets again.  Daddy brought Mommy a coffee while I was in the shower this morning, and he brought me one home after work... what a nice Daddy!  Buddha, we have a new nightly routine, as of last night.  Bodhi, helps me by coming upstairs with us, as if she too is going to bed.  She gives you a hug and kiss and says nighty night.  Mommy quickly shuts the door so you don't see her go back downstairs ha/ha which has kept you from going to sleep previous nights.  You are such a good sister, Bodhi, my little moonbeam!  After Jude was down, and after you grew bored watching Daddy sleep on the couch...which happens every night, you, Bodhi, went outside with Momma to put the cats away.  We then took a swing on the backyard swing together.  It appeared as though it might finally rain, and I even felt a few drops, but it didn't :(  Bodhi, you then went off to bed with Daddy, upstairs.  Mommy found you snuggled up to Daddy sweating up a storm.  Mommy carried you to your own bed where you stretched out and fell back to sleep :)  Nighty night my sweet sunshine and moonbeam!

PS We attempted to watch the Wizard of Oz for the first time last night.  Great Papaw Grills can confirm, Mommy watched the Wizard of Oz at least 500 times during my stays in Tennessee.  You both loved it at first, but quickly lost interest.  We'll try again when you both get a little older.  I think Mommy's obsessions with tornadoes can be directly linked to watching the Wizard of Oz over and over and over again ha/ha

Sorry, Mommy only got one picture today... it was a busy Monday.

Giving lovin's!  Mommy took this picture with my cell phone... the pink is actually sun light shinning into the room :)
