After staying up until 3:30 in the morning, you two decided you would wake up extra early just to test Mommy's endurance. Daddy had an 8am doctor's appointment, so Mommy was on her own. Mommy managed to get a shower in and then I made you two lunch. After lunch we went outside to water our flowers and play. Ms. Susan, our neighbor from two doors down, came to visit you two. She absolutely adores you two and loves to watch you guys play. By the time 1pm rolled around, you, Bodhi, told Ms. Susan it was your nap time and insisted on going inside :) You and Buddha took a nice long nap! Mommy, still exhausted from the night before, took an hour nap as well. Afterwards, Mommy started dinner and Daddy went back to work. Mommy made you both mashed potatoes, Salisbury steaks, and corn on the cob :O Yum! You both ate a ton.
Once Daddy arrived home, he ate the plate of dinner Mommy had made him and visited with you both while Mommy went to work for an hour. When Mommy arrived home, I threw you both in the bath tub... you two were little dirt balls! Once bathed, you both were ready to go night night. Mommy put you both to bed with the hope of getting some projects done (which didn't happen and won't happen). Nighty night my sweet babes (Moonbeam and Sunshine). So sorry Ms. Allie, you'll get an extra walk tomorrow!
PS you both talked to Aunt Debbie on the phone tonight. Bodhi, you held an entire conversation, and were such a sweet baby girl! Mommy wishes your Aunties and Grandma Betty lived closer to us!
