This morning Mommy got you two up, fed, diapered, and changed while Daddy was at work. Once Daddy returned (with his usual fresh flowers from the Farmer's Market) Mommy then went to work for an hour. Mommy had to take Daddy's truck to pick up some items from the Mission for a client and deliver them. Jude, you were exhausted, you are most active throughout the night, so you went down for a morning nap rather than an afternoon nap. Bodhi, you stayed up with Daddy and had lunch. Jude, you did sleep for a solid couple of hours. Mommy worked another hour while you two were napping.
After naps, we went to visit Uncle Denny Broens at Robert Miller and Son, Mommy found a couch she really liked, but Uncle Denny had just left :( We then travelled down the road to visit our "Lucas Home Furnishing" family (Aunt Nettie and Aunt Kathy) and Mommy and Daddy saw a couch we both liked. Aunt Nettie and Aunt Kathy think you are a doll, Bodhi, and Jude man, they can't get over how big and cuddly you are :) Aunt Kathy had to sit down to hold you. You weigh as much of the two of them combined hee/hee After visiting, we took our buy one get one free dinner coupon to Mi Familia, and had a Mexican dinner (Mommy's favorite)! Bodhi, you had your first soft taco, and you gobbled it up along with some rice. Ju Ju you had mexican rice, but you ate right before we left the house so you weren't all that hungry. Once we were done with dinner we then went to Target to get cleaning supplies and baby Ju Ju food :) We were on a tight budget, and we actually managed to stay within our spending allowance! We made it home in time to see Sean Franky. He too, has a sore throat going on (probably caught it from Mommy) :( Mommy put you down for the night Jude, and I also fell asleep for about an hour. Mommy had some horrible dreams. I dreamt that when I pulled into the driveway, Mr. Arlo crawled under the car, and somehow he wedged himself where it cut off his breathing. Mommy couldn't move the car without crushing his head, but he was dying as I was frantically trying to figure out how to save him. That's the only dream I remember, but in an hour time I managed to have a few other freaky ones :(
Bodhi, you and Daddy were downstairs watching cartoons and musical concerts on TV. You helped Mommy feed the stray kitties and take the trash out. We then played on the porch with your tool set, until Grandmoo spotted us and then she came over and you were "all about Grandmoo." Grandmoo has been working with you on using the different tools. Mommy was surprised to see you knew how to use a screw driver, level, hammer, and wrench. You were so stinkin' cute! This reminds Mommy, everyday, the first thing you do is go to our front door and check out the progress on Vincent's house. You "ooooh," every time there is a noticeable change. Mommy is amazed at how observant you are :) Grandmoo says this past week, you both would watch the workers work on building the house, and then she would show you how to use the same tools on your tool bench :)
