Since Mommy was up until 3:30 a.m. cleaning and getting stuff done, Daddy helped Mommy get you, Bodhi, ready for your Speech Therapy appointment this morning, and tried to keep you, Jude, content since all you want is your "Mommm Mommma!" Mommy got cleaned up and some work done while Daddy participated in your Speech Therapy appointment, Bodhi. You have progressed quite a bit. You still aren't talking, but you recently started sounding words out when asked. Mommy tells you, "if you want your pacifier, you have to try and say it," and then I sound each letter out and you repeat. You use to just grunt when asked to repeat a word or a sound hee/hee You can tell a huge difference in your behaviors and willingness to talk since being around all of Aunt Ti's little ones, or it could simply be you getting older? Mommy can't believe you'll be two years old in a month!! It seems like just yesterday you were Jude's age. Jude, I'm certain you kept Daddy busy during Bodhi's appointment, you always want to participate too, but it's Bodhi time so you don't get to play with all of Bodhi's Speech Therapy toys :( You are such a good boy though. Buddha, you are the easiest baby ever... well, aside from wanting your Momma ALL the time, but Momma loves it :)
Daddy was at work, and Mommy had to go to work, so I went upstairs to wake you up, and there you stood, Ju Ju, smiling ear to ear and when you saw your Momma, you starting hopping up and down screeching hee/hee Bodhi, you were passed out! You were awakened by Mommy and Juders. You smiled when you saw us, which was a relief because it could have easily been very ugly, waking you up early :)- Mommy told you that we were going to Aunt Ti's to play so that Mommy could go to work. I asked, "do you want to go to Aunt Ti's and play?" You nodded your head and smiled... again, another relief!
Aunt Ti said that you two were an absolute joy this evening, and she can't wait to have you two by yourselves next week. Aunt Ti also reported that you two had her cracking up! Jude, you went and grabbed hold of a kitchen cabinet knob, and Bodhi, you grabbed hold of the refrigerator handle bar, and you both proceeded to poo together, HA! Aunt Ti said you both were grunting and looking at one another! Poor Aunt Ti, two poo butts to clean up, what a mess hee/hee! When Mommy arrived to pick you two up at 7:30pm, Bodhi, you were squealing and smiling (such a great feeling) and Jude man, you were all smiles and reaching out your arms (again, the best feeling ever). In the car, Mommy looked back at you, Bodhi, you were just all smiles. Mommy asked what you were doing and you pointed to Bubs. Mommy asked, "is Bubby sleeping," and you smiled real big, laughed, and shook your head yes. You are too cute!
Mommy didn't get any pictures, but Mommy always takes the camera in the hopes that Aunt Ti will snap some good ones... she said she got a few today :) Hee/Hee, Mommy just uploaded the pictures in record time (Aunt Ti took two pictures)!
