Lazy Sunday

This morning Daddy wasn't feeling well, so he made breakfast, ate and went back to bed.  Mommy stayed up with you two, got you both dressed and we played the morning away.  Mommy napped with you, Jude, for about an hour.  Then I left you to sleep in your bed by yourself, and initially, you were not happy about it.  However, you quickly fell asleep, and ended up sleeping for another hour and a half.  Today, was definitely a lazy Sunday.

This afternoon, GiGi brought the Sunday newspaper over!  It had a picture of you, Bodhi, drinking from the sprinkler.  It was an adorable picture, however, GiGi, Poncho, and I have decided, the Kokomo Tribune is partial toward girls, because Mommy has submitted some of the cutest pictures of you, Jude, but I've had no luck getting them published in the actual paper.  They always post your pictures online :(  Buddha, Mommy also forgot to tell you "Happy TEN months!"  You turned ten months old on the 15th.  You look, act, and are developmentally advanced for your age, you are so amazing.  Anyway, Mommy took you both over to Grandmoo's to visit GiGi and Grandmoo while I vacuumed the floors, and while Daddy mowed.  The yard didn't need mowed, but Daddy insisted, stating that he wouldn't have time the rest of the week. Grandmoo wanted to see you both and hasn't been able to visit because she is watching two dogs that will tear up her house if she leaves them, so it worked out well that you went over there for a short visit.  GiGi hadn't seen either of you for a week and was also going through withdrawals. Bodhi and Buddha,  you both loved the two dogs Grandmoo is dog sitting.   Bodhi, you loved when they licked your face and chased you around.  They are such good doggies!  Jude man, your eyes were red and you wouldn't stop sneezing, so the dogs were a bit much for you :(  Mommy and Daddy came and got you two and we went to Big Lots to get a sun umbrella for our upcoming concert, Tuesday. This was our "Big" family outing for the day.  Buddha, we are all excited for you to experience your first real concert :)  You love music just as much as your sister, so I'm certain, despite the heat, it will be so much for everyone.  Once we got back, Mommy went back out to the store for Daddy, he wanted some additional groceries, but you two wanted fed.  So Daddy fed you both while Mommy ran to the store.  Grandpa Kurt came over to see you both.  So, you ended the night wih a visit with Grandpa :)

Buddha, you needed a bath tonight, but Mommy didn't have the energy to give/fight with you.  Mommy got called out for work tonight :(
