We started our day with more ornament creating. Mommy had ran out of the expensive clay that was store bought, so I found a recipe online, on Pinterest of course :) You two helped Mommy mix and roll the dough, but you two had the most fun washing the bowls and measuring cups...playing in the sink with water ha/ha Mommy did manage to distract you long enough to put your hand prints on the ornaments. Mommy had a major migraine again this Monday, but I still managed to make our day together fun. At least I had fun :) You two went down for a late nap, 2pm, yep. Mommy wanted to take a nap too but it wasn't in the cards, I had a lot of work to do and craft projects planned. Mommy is making your Aunts and probably Grandma Betty a Christmas present this year :) So, I had to gather up what I needed for when you two went to bed. Mommy also managed to clean out the kitty mansion, it's getting cold out again so I figured I better get it clean before it gets any colder.
After naps, you two joined me in the kitchen for some music time aka dinner time. Mommy found a recipe on Pinterest for twice baked potatoes, so since I had the ingredients I figured I try it. Mommy hates hates hates to cook. We then made "Hello Kitty" burgers and corn to go with our new casserole We had a candle light dinner while Daddy went to his second job on Tuesdays :(
After dinner time, you two went went swimming in the bath tub. All day you two have had periods of getting along with one another, and other times of pure knock-down, drag out fighting. You two can be the best of friends and an hour later be killing each other ha/ha Some days are more pleasant than others. Bath time was one of those times where you guys decided to fight each other over every little thing. Buddha, you are doing so great at sharing today, Bodhi, well, you usually share well for the most part, but not today. I guess you both can't be sharing well at the same time, that would be too easy. :)
After fighting through bath time, you both played for about a half hour and then decided to cuddle one another in Bodhi's bed. Mommy played the movie Cinderella and you two cuddled up for nighty night time. Bodhi, you were about to fall asleep, but your crazy little brother is non-stop moving around, and it doesn't ever stop throughout the night. So, Mommy put you, Buddha, in your own bed, better now than 3am when you knock your sister upside her head with your feet. Nighty night sweet babes!
PS Mommy called Buddha, "Boo," and you both said, "he's not Moo." Mommy said "I said Boo, not Moo," and explained that Grandmoo use to call Mommy "Boo" growing up. I told you both that we could call Buddha, "Boo" for short, since we call you, Ms. Bodhi, "Bo." Bodhi, you then said, "you old woman you got replaced!" HA! You also love to say things are "ridiculous" Bodhi :)
Good morning Wally! Wally playing on the coat rack. |
Bahahhaha! Nice view Buddha. You have periodically going on the big boy potty, I think just so you can wear your sister's pull-ups :) |
