Swinging and Singing

Good Morning sweet babes.  Jude, you are still ornery as ever, but you were exceptionally polite and oh so sweet at times today :)  Mommy always dresses you two in clothes not appropriate for the weather, it never fails.  I always think it's warmer than it actually is, or cooler than it actually is, and today we started our day out in sweatshirts.  We quickly stripped down to our t-shirts.  You two played with sidewalk chalk, collected pine cones, and played on the swing set, and that's just before lunch.  Mommy was of course dragging from staying up cleaning all night long.  Right before nap time Mommy took you both to the porch swing, and we all had a nice time swinging and singing.  Buddha, you haven't like to swing since you were a baby, and you rarely stay in one place longer than two minutes, however, we swung for a good 45 minutes.  You two were laughing and giggling and singing a long with Momma.  Bodhi, you know your alphabet at age 2 1/2 yay!!  Juders, you are saying more and more words :)

While you two napped, Mommy put the last coat/layer of paint on your picnic table (it's oh so shabby chic) and I also painted our patio/currently yard set a coat of "Talkative Turquoise" and it's naturally oh so VERY shabby chic!  Mommy let the kitties come outside to play, with the hopes that they wouldn't just run off.  They ran off :(

When you both awakened from your afternoon nap, Mommy was really dragging!  I decided to warm up leftover pizza for dinner yet again tonight, cheese for you two.  You both jumped up and down yelling "pizza!"  Mommy hates pizza so I didn't join in on the celebration ha/ha.  Once Daddy arrived home we all went to Menards to get a replacement bulb for outside light... you two asked to go bye bye :)  Mommy picked out a basket of flowers to hang from our tree in the backyard and Daddy finalized the deal for fence.  Oh we can't get a fence quick enough, escaping kitties and an escape artist, Buddha.  We came home and you two ate Daddy's dinner and we all watched "Hop" together.  You both then asked for a popsicle, and no you didn't have just one.  You each had two, but Jude, you technically had like 2 1/2... you ate yours so fast, you kept asking your sister for a bite "pwweeeese."  Bodhi, you are such a sweet big sister, every time Buddha asked, you allowed him have a bite :)  After popsicles and playing, you two retired to bed.  Mommy then went on the hunt for Baby, Blue, and Boy.  Only Baby returned but she wouldn't come close enough for me to catch her.  Hopefully she'll go inside!!!

Sweet dreams my sweet babes!

"Here Bubby!"

"I said Pwwwweeeese!"
