Beautiful All Day Long

Happy Birthday Grandpa Kurt!!  Grandpa Kurt had to work but we'll catch up with him sometime this week.

Oh my goodness, thank goodness Sunday is officially over.  It's 1am, Mommy fell asleep after putting you two to bed and I just woke up again remembering I still had the blog to do.  Hopefully Monday will be less hectic and crazy, but Mommy and Daddy have a lot going so it's not likely.  This morning you two ate breakfast outside, it was extremely warm and we all wanted outside.  After you two gobbled down your sausage/pancake dog on a stick, we visited the kitties.  Bodhi and Jude, Baby Kitty loved you two!  She let you two hold her, pet her, hug her, kiss her, ha/ha you two were all over her.  Boy Kitty watched as you two interacted with her and even allowed you two to give him some lovin's.  As we were exiting the "Cat House" Jude, you felt the need to pull Boy's tail :(  Mommy scolded you, as did Boy with a loud "Me-owwww!"  Other than the tail pullin' you two and the cats had an enjoyable visit.  It was the first of three cat visits for you two.

You both played outside with Mommy until it was time to nap.  Prior to going down for your afternoon nap, Jude, you went with Mommy to drop off a typed list of home improvements Mommy completed on our last house.  Mommy had to give the list to our Realtor for the open house.  You got to visit with Moo too.  Bodhi, you wanted to stay home with Daddy and watch tv before going down for your nap.  Daddy made you lunch since you aren't crazy about McDonalds (good girl), and Jude, Mommy got you a hamburger and fries, a long with Daddy's and Mr. Arlo's order from McDonalds.  You both went down for your nap, only to be awakened a short time later with a poo butt.  Mommy got you both changed and you slept for a while longer.  Mommy painted your picnic table while you were sleeping and then Mommy worked on my school paper, Daddy helped.

Once you two awakened from your nap, it was back outside.  Daddy decided to take advantage of a Menard's sale and went and purchased a bistro table and chair set... we've been waiting for it to go on sale for a couple of months now.  Jude, you were into everything.  When you weren't into something, you decided to chase a squirrel across our alley!  Mommy right behind you yelling.  You are a quick little thing.  Mommy was explaining that you couldn't run into the alley when a car went zooming down it (you would have been killed)!  Mommy and Daddy's next big project and top priority is getting a privacy fence up, at least a long the back of the yard.  We had to remove our chain link fence to get the Cat House in place, Mr. Murff is also buried there.  Our alley is so unsafe and definitely "not for babies," as we are constantly telling you two.

Bodhi, you helped Daddy put the table and chairs together, that is when you weren't helping Mommy chase after Buddha or helping Mommy paint our vintage table and chair set.  Mommy was  so exhausted by bath time, we all crashed!  Buddha, oh I can't wait until you start listening!!!!  Please start listening, PLEASE!!!!  Sweet dreams my sweet babes :)  Oh anPd Bodhi, you just had Mommy take you to the bathroom to go potty :) YAY!  You are asking to go more and more :)

PS We only had one person show up to our open house :(.  To prevent Daddy from having a stroke, Mommy asked the Realtor if lowering the price drastically would make for a quick sale... she assured Mommy it should sell super quick, so Mommy made the decision to lower the price by $10,000.  If it doesn't sell at this price Mommy will rent it out for $500-$700 a month (I have three people lined up for renting).  Fingers crossed!

Of course!  After Mommy got you in the bath tub and all soaped up, you had to go potty hee/hee :)  Bodhi, you were telling Mommy "shhhhhh!" because Mommy kept yelling "Way to go Bodhi, big girl!"

Look at the concentration!

Moments before having to go potty :)

Big Girl!

Mommy's little shark :)

It's a good thing you're a Momma's boy... you might not have survived today otherwise!  You also pulled a ladder on top of yourself and bruised your spine.  The ladder fell and landed with you in between the steps (scraping your back)!  You never give your Momma any rest!

hair blow-dried, running to get your vitamins :)

Clean baby loves his vitamins!
