On The 12th Day of Christmas...

Daddy was supposed to write tonight's blog but he pooped out on Momma.  It's now 1:47am and technically the (13th day of Christmas?).  Mommy doesn't know what Daddy had in store for the last day of Christmas, but Mommy will tell you today was another longgggg and crazy day.  I'll ask Daddy if he had something special lined up and report back hee/hee.

Today, you both spent the entire day with Aunt Ti... and she got you both talking up a storm!  Buddha, you said Ellie, Lizzie, Andrew, Bo Bo, Momma, DaDa, Ti Ti etc... you were on a roll.  Bodhi, you repeated everything Ellie told you to say, plus you now say "take to me to Aunt Ti's," thanks to Aunt Ti,  who thought this was absolutely hilarious :).

Bodhi, you woke up at 5:30 am yet again this morning.  AND, that's after you went to bed at 10:30ish!  I don't know what is up with your sleep patterns lately.  I think your afternoon nap is too long!  Today, you had a bit of a melt-down with Aunt Ti too... which is becoming more common during your two year old year.  Aunt Ti told you to be nice and you started crying.  Your feelings were hurt and Aunt Ti felt horrible.  She said you cried for a good five minutes and she said you then reported you wanted to take a nap :(  You also continue to throw around some bad attitude toward Grandmoo and everyone else... well, everyone but Momma (YESSS).  You are a "people pleaser" and you hate to get into trouble, but you are definitely showing some independence and well, attitude :)-  Buddha, you continue to be a little pistol.  You throw the biggest most dramatic temper tantrums ever!  Your easy to get back on track though, so I'll give you that.

This evening Grandmoo came over to work on the Bodhi and Buddha Animal Rescue house while Mommy went to pick you both up from Aunt Ti's.  When we arrived home Mommy decided to take back the three car seats that Mommy and Daddy had bought... they weren't big enough.  Mommy is now a car seat expert :)  Buddha, you went with Momma to Walmart to make the exchange, and Bodhi, you stayed behind with Grandmoo and Daddy.  Daddy worked from early this morning until late this evening.  Buddha, you were doing great until you decided it would be way cool to scream and throw things out of the cart.  Then your fun loving screams turned to "angry screams" when Mommy moved everything out of your reach.  Ugggggh Walmart!  Hopefully you don't come down with the plague from chewing on the nasty Walmart cart.  Mommy sanitized it, but Walmart germs are by the worst!  When we arrived back home you were ready for bed.  Mommy rocked you and you went right to sleep :)  Bodhi, you too were ready for bed (your eyes were so tired) but you still tried getting a few extra minutes by saying "no no night night!"  You went down without too much of a fight.  Sweet dreams my sweet babes!

Oh and, Mommy is happy to report... after work, Mommy managed to finish setting up all of our online bill accounts and all our bills are paid!  No cancellation notices hee/hee Yippie!  Mommy was bummed though, I really wanted to finish painting the upstairs hallway.  Oh well, it will be there tomorrow.  Mommy also managed to bake a turkey (I got it on clearance ha!) so tomorrow we'll be having a yummo turkey dinner :0

More pictures thanks to Aunt Ti!

Never a dull moment at Aunt Ti's! :)

Aunt Ti says you are a food magnet.... she has given up on trying to keep your clothes clean ha/ha

From the looks on Lizzie's and Andrew's faces... that wasn't just a noise you made with your mouth :)-
