On The 10th Day of Christmas...

This morning you two went to Grandmoo's for a half day while Mommy and Daddy went to work.  Bodhi, you were up super late last night, but you woke before your brother this morning.  You were excited to go to Grandmoo's, however, you  gave Grandmoo nothing but attitude the entire day :0  Buddha, you had a good day with Grandmoo with minimal melt-downs but you were still your normal handful self.  Mommy arrived to pick you both up shortly after noon.  You both were past ready for a nap, and it's a good thing because our new sofa was delivered this afternoon.  For the past month we've had a loaner sofa because the wrong sofa was ordered, but today we finally got the right one!!!  No more blankets covering our sofa!

Mommy cleaned and started dinner while you two were sleeping.  Tonight's menu consisted of chicken noodles, mashed potatoes, green beans, and rolls... YUMM!  You both LOVE chicken noodles and mashed potatoes.  You both were covered in noodles so Mommy declared "bath night!"

Mommy had hopes of getting the bills/paperwork organzied and paid, but there just wasn't enough time today :(  We played and played and played instead.  You both had several precious moments together.  Buddha, when you would get upset and cry, Bodhi would give you a kiss on your forehead and find you a toy to distract you.  During bath time you both splashed and laughed at one another.  Bodhi, you discovered Bubby's "bum crack" hee/hee You would point and laugh at it every time he stood up.  Mommy and Grandmoo (who stopped by for a short visit this evening) would tell you that we needed to take Buddha back to the store because he was broken... he had a crack in his back and had to be returned. Bodhi, you thought this was the funniest thing ever!  Buddha, Grandmoo came over tonight just to take you outside as she had promised.  Grandmoo said that you wanted to go outside so bad, but time got away and you didn't have the opportunity to go outside.  Bodhi, you use to love to be outside.  You use to be a major fuss butt if you didn't get to go outside at least once each day, however you prefer not to go out now that it's cold.  Buddha, you are following in your sister's little one year old foot steps by insisting on going outside every opportunity you get :)  We really do need to get back outside and taking more walks... it's so good for all of us!

Daddy arrived home at 8pm :(  Buddha, you wouldn't go down for Mommy, luckily Daddy arrived home just in time and he rocked you to sleep.  I think you missed your Daddy today, so some nighty night time with Daddy put you at ease.  Mommy and Daddy are both tired of being tired :)-  We have a long work day tomorrow too.  You both will be going to Aunt Ti's for the entire day :(  Then the rest of the week will be short days (8am-12pm).  Mommy's been spoiled by having Daddy home for the past two weeks.  It was quite an adjustment not having him home today :(  Sweet Dreams my sweet babes!  Don't let the bed bugs bite!

Breakfast at Grandmoo's this morning :)-

Bodhi, you got your pants wet at Grandmoo's, so she put a pair of shorts on you... you loved the shorts and you loved to shake it in them hee/hee It was as though you were wearing a big skirt :)  You wanted to wear them the rest of the day!

Buddha wanting to go outside :)

Back home after naps... Mommy went downstairs to check the chicken in the oven, and when I returned I found you, Buddha, in the middle of a pile of blankets.  You had pulled out every single blanket!

Bodhi was your accomplice :)-

Happy Bath Buddies :)
