Full Moon Tribute To Murffee Macbeth…

The moon is in full regalia, as though announcing its tribute to a fallen warrior, a brave and loyal friend, our Murffee Macbeth, we still mourn your passing and miss you…and always will. Your candle remained lit for 72 hours and went out three days to the moment of your passing. Your spirit will safeguard our new home, and watch over our (your) babies as they are nurtured and loved to fulfill their destiny. Thank you, Murffee, we love you, romp and play and chase motorcycles in your place for eternal happiness!
Today, was a day of fatigue for both of you, Bodhi and Buddha, and though the report was each of you enjoyed your day at Aunt Ti’s, you were both obviously tired…when Mommy picked the two of you up, you whispered, Bodhi, Momma-home. Bless your hearts, even your pants were tired today, both of you were evidencing some butt-crack as your pants kept falling downJ.
After home and a nap, the two of you perked up with a visit from Brother Sean Franky, and he and Mommy took the two of you to an antique shop where Mommy purchased you a toddler-little boy twin bed, Buddha (which Daddy foundJ and reported to Mommy) and purchased you a miniature ceramic pig, Bodhi, which you immediately christened “Pig,” and Mommy also purchased herself an additional dining room chair for her whimsical collectionJ. The four of you went on a tour of an additional antique shop where you, Bodhi, spontaneously counted to ten all by yourself as you counted stepsJ!
You all then enjoyed pizza (especially Sean Franky J), and saved some for Daddy who didn’t get home until after 8:00 p.m., this semester Tuesdays are going to prove to be particularly grueling for DaddyL. Make no mistake, Daddy misses you both when he works such long hours, in fact this morning when Daddy had to leave for work, you both made it so difficult for him to leave, especially you, Buddha, you kept wanting Daddy to hold you and stay with you (Daddy’s boyJ)! HA!  Just in the mornings!
Daddy did stop by to see all of you just shortly before going in for his domestic violence intervention facilitation job, and before leaving for work noticed a package on our porch. It proved to be an incredible gift from Mommy’s friend and former co-worker, Carla, a magnificent wall tapestry, hand-made of our family with pictures and embroidered names—so very, very cool!!!
Mommy had to go out to work after you went “night, night” Buddha, but you kept insisting on watching one more program on Nickelodeon, Bodhi, until Mommy got home, then when Daddy tucked you into to bed you were sound asleep by the time you whispered “night, Daddah, I love you” and Daddy turned on your pink night light and lullaby cd.
Now it is time for Mommy and Daddy to try to unwind with a movie, we’ll see if either one of us can stay awake until the end. Tomorrow is another adventure for all of us, so “night, night” precious miracle treasures!
