A Mellow Brick Road...: Flu Flu Go AWAY!

Mommy woke up not feeling so achy, however, once I stood up I knew I was not going to be any good yet again today :( Daddy, still feeling nauseated but not fully sick, had to go to work from 8am to 10am. He had got up with you both at 6am and kept you both content downstairs and allowed Mommy to sleep :) Bodhi, you vomited yet again this morning. Buddha, I think you have finally kicked it, but you still have some runny diapers :( Once it was time for Daddy to go to work, he threw you two in bed with me. Buddha, you slept for about twenty minutes and Bodhi, you slept for about a half hour. Mommy was trying to figure out how I was going to care and contain you two, while I myself was not functioning. Right about that time, GiGi and Grandmoo walked into Mommy's room! Mommy quickly told them to leave, not wanting them to get sick, but they insisted on staying until at least Daddy got home. They wanted to take care of you two and couldn't stand to stay away any longer! You two were super excited to see Grandmoo and GiGi. You both had asked for them several times within the past few days.

Grandmoo and GiGi started playing with you two, while alternating cleaning you two and your rooms up. Mommy was so relieved and appreciative to have the extra help. I even managed to take a shower! Daddy came home not feeling well and ended up taking a nap on the couch. Bodhi, you dropped a toy on your foot while playing with Grandmoo and you were a crying mess. Grandmoo brought you to Mommy, I calmed you dpwm and you fell asleep in Mommy's arms. Buddha, Mommy rocked you to sleep and then Grandmoo and GiGi took off. What would we do without our Grandmoo and GiGi!?! Bodhi, you and Mommy napped together and Buddha, you napped by yourself in your crib. Buddha, you woke up first and Daddy took you out on a little get-away for some fresh air since you were feeling better. You were so happy to see your Daddy, and you were especially happy to get out of the house! All day you had been going to the window and saying "outside." Bodhi, you stayed behind napping with Mommy. You got up at one point and went and laid on your own bed. You returned to Mommy's bedside an hour later with a diaper and wipe in hand. You precious little thing! You wanted your diaper changed! It's just a matter of time before you will be potty trained. Daddy, still not sick, took care of you, Bodhi, as well as Mommy, while playing with you Buddha. Later this evening, Daddy finally came down sick. Mommy took over and fed you two dinner and ready for bed. You both went right to sleep! Mommy hopes we are all over this nasty flu tomorrow! Hopefully Daddy, with some extra sleep, will be able to shake it quickly too! Sweet dreams my sweet angels!
