Well, this morning got off to an interesting start. Momma was rushing around by herself trying to get you two and herself ready for Ms. Connie and Ms. Heather to arrive for your Speech Therapy appointment, Bodhi. However, Ms. Connie showed and reported that Ms. Heather would be coming next week instead. Bo, you woke in a great mood and Mommy thought you were going to be talking up a storm, you did good, but you could have shown more of an interest. Good thing Ms. Connie doesn't take offense to your lack in interest in talking to her :) Mommy walked Ms. Connie downstairs and decided to fax my homework in for school. I was waiting for the fax to go through when I heard you two getting into something upstairs. Mommy grabbed the camera and ran upstairs, I just knew you two were up to something! Sure enough... Jude, there you stood in the window, drenched in coffee, and eating one of Mommy's pages of homework. Luckily, it was a page I re-copied and didn't need it! Mommy had forgot that I left a full cup of coffee with cream and sugar sitting on the window ledge ;0 After changing both of your guy's clothes, Mommy made lunch... chicken noodle soup, and then you both asked for more so Mommy made another bowl of soup. You both insisted that the Mommy monster come out and get you both, we had a blast chasing each other around. Bodhi, you cracked me up several times... you tripped your brother to save yourself from the Mommy Monster. Bubba didn't mind though he screamed and giggled uncontrollably. Buddha, Mommy put you to bed after we got done playing Mommy Monster, you were fussing up a storm when I wasn't getting your getties, you were a sleepy man. Bodhi, Mommy laid in your toddler bed with you and watched tv for a while before putting you down for your nap.
This evening, after a nice long nap :) Mommy had to pick up her client, so Grandmoo came over to sit with you both. Mommy made it back in time for a visit from Uncle Larry Hawkins. He has been dying to see you both and the last time he stopped by he brought a ton of gifts, but you two were napping :( Today, he got his Bodhi and Ju Ju fix though! Bodhi, you LOVED Uncle Hawk. Ju Ju you would laugh and smile at Uncle Hawk but you kept your distance. Just as you were warming up to him, he had to get home, he was on his motorcycle and wanting to kick off his boots. Grandmoo came back over and played with you two out back for a little while. Bodhi, we think you took Mr. Arlo's bone from him and he charged you. Grandmoo was right beside you and was able to get to you. Mr. Arlo, oh Mr. Arlo, you went on your back... what are we going to do with you??? Luckily for you Mr. Arlo, you didn't bit Ms. Bodhi, but you sure as heck scared my little girl! Oh I was so mad!! After you two came inside, Mommy threw you, Buddha in the bath... I had to get the left over coffee that was caked in your white hair. Bo, you heard Bubba having so much fun in the tub, and you decided to join him. You two love to take baths with one another. Bodhi, you are getting so good with trying to make your Bubba happy when he gets upset. Bubba, you are becoming quite the spoiled little handful. And this temper tantrum blow-outs, in which you bang and hit yourself in your head is out of control! Mommy's been around a few other babes that banged their heads when they were upset, as a matter of fact, Mommy's last case involved a little 18 month old boy and he would bang and bang and bang his head when he was upset. Mommy was pregnant with you, Buddha, so I think you inheritted that temper tantrum trait from my case! Anyway, you two are now tucked away in bed, no overdoses tonight :) Everyone is safe and sound! Sweet Dreams baby butts!
