A Mellow Brick Road...: An Adventure with GiGi and Grandmoo While Mommy Packed the Kitchen

Ohhh what a day for Mommy and Daddy! Ohhh what a special day for you, Bodhi and Buddha. Mommy dressed, fed, and changed your diapers this morning while Daddy was at work. Mommy dressed you both up because this afternoon you both had a theatre date with GiGi and Grandmoo, and afterwards, Momma Mia's birthday party at the Federspill's. Buddha, you were dressed in a gray plaid shirt with a black striped tie, skinny jeans, and boots. Bodhi, you wore a pretty fall-colored paisley dress and your knee boots :) You two looked liked like little dolls. Mommy didn't know if you two were going to get a nap in before the play, but Bodhi, you were so excited when I told you if you took a nap GiGi and Grandmoo would get here quicker, you decided to take a nap when Buddha did. So, you both got a little two hour nap in and the timing worked out perfect the rest of the day. Grandmoo and GiGi said you made it through the first hour of the children's play! They said you loved to watch the children on stage, especially when they sang and danced. Daddy had reserved the tickets through his work, but Grandmoo and GiGi were apprehensive about taking you two since you're both so young! Mommy knew you would enjoy it, at least part of it. You've both have been to several plays and concerts :) After the first Act of the play, GiGi and Grandmoo decided you both had had enough and brought you home for a quick diaper change. Mommy worked all day, and is still working this evening, on packing up our kitchen. We have boxes stacked a mile high in the kitchen.

Buddha, Mommy changed your diaper first, and then you were off to the kitchen to explore through Mommy's "donate" box, where you re-claimed a toy you hadn't played with (of course)! Bodhi, you were changed and then went straight to the door, wanting to go outside with Grandmoo who was visiting Mr. Murff and Mr. Arlo. After everyone took a bathroom break, you all were then off to the Federspill's house for Momma Mia's birthday :) Grandmoo and GiGi reported that you both had a blast at the birthday party! Mommy didn't ask Grandmoo and GiGi to take the camera because she thought it would be too much on them with you two. So, Aunt Amanda took several pictures of you both :)

Boy we all had a busy busy day! Daddy drove by our house on Walnut Street several times on his way to work and while running errands, he reported back that the Sanburn's were busy with several friends, packing and moving everything out of the house! Mommy and Daddy are hopeful that we'll get a call tomorrow saying the house is all ours!
