There wasn't much time for Momma to enjoy this first day of September, Mommy was working out of town. Last night, you Bodhi, and you, Jude, took turns crying for Momma. You both had sore throats and needed some attention. Mommy even let you both suck on a throat lozenge, which did the trick. It said it was all natural, but Mommy didn't read... I too was suffering from a major sore throat, and it's the only thing that gave me any relief. After you both ate your lozenge, Mommy didn't want to leave you two, you guys could have ended up choking, you both went back to sleep :) Mission Accomplished.
This morning Daddy went to work from his usual 8am-10am, and Mommy got you both fed, dressed, and playing. When Daddy arrived home, Mommy jumped in the shower and got ready for work. By the time Mommy was leaving for work, Daddy was making you two soup for lunch. Mommy was feeling absolutely horrible by then. Mommy gave hugs and kisses and off to work I went. It was a rainy first day of September. Mommy returned home from work around 7pm. Daddy had called and wanted to know if we could all go out to eat since we didn't celebrate our anniversary, but Mommy was dying by this time, so Daddy suggested we call in some carry out from Bob Evans. You two screamed and hugged and kissed Mommy when I arrived home. It was obvious that you both missed your Momma (who is with you 6 out of 7 days a week-all day long), but it was also obvious it was a rough "Daddy day" especially being indoors ALL DAY. Daddy reported that Sister Kelly dropped in briefly but left when you two went down for a nap, so he was on his own all evening long ugggh! You two had stripped your clothes off and were running around like crazy people, like you do every night at this time. Mommy decided to take you both to pick up the food curb-side. You both obviously needed out of the house, and well Daddy was about to blow a top... so much for stay at home Daddy hee/hee
After dinner we all retired to bed. I can't remember if I gave you two a bath or what? It was another evening in which Mommy was cursing under her breath, I can tell you that for certain ha/ha You both again took turns waking up throughout the night, and once again Mommy took care of you both, with the expectation of some extra sick sleep in the morning (little did Daddy know ha/ha). Sweet dreams my sweet sweet babes! Hope you two are feeling better in the morning, you two have had it for a couple of days now.
Mommy can't even believe it's September once again. Buddha, you will be TWO September 15th (Mommy's number) and Mommy will be a whopping 32... how did this happen? Last month I realized I was going to be 32 and it depressed me like no other, I thought I was turning 31! UGHHHH! I'm so old, where has the time went, and how did I forget a birthday? Aunt Debbie has a birthday coming up too! She just received her best birthday gift ever... a perfect brand new grand baby girl, Sophie :) October is another big month of birthdays... including Great Papaw Grills' 70th!!! Great Papaw Grills, please please please come up for your birthday... we have some special gifts for you!!!
Another day with no pictures... it was a Daddy day!
