Special Visitors

This morning was a Mommy and Daddy day, with special visitors throughout.  This morning Aunt Debbie Riffe came over to visit and pick up some goodies that you've outgrown Buddha.  She loved our new house, and loved seeing the two of you.  Bodhi, you surprisingly took to Aunt Debbie right away.  You declared her your BFF for the day, and you had her push you on your swing and watch you slide hee/hee  Buddha, you were all about balls as usual.  You managed to steal both of our neighbors balls and showed no interest in your own basketball that Mommy and Daddy had bought you a while back.  You both visited and played with Aunt Debbie up until nap time.  Buddha, you really did go down super easy, you didn't even require that Mommy rock you :)  Bodhi, you refused to take a nap, even after Mommy laid in your bed with you.  Mommy's tummy has been hurting really bad lately, so Mommy made a doctor's appointment so Daddy would stop harping on it.  Bodhi, you asked that Mommy make you spaghetti for dinner (again) and Jude, you said "spaghetti" clear as day, you also did a little happy dance because you love spaghetti!  

Grandmoo came over to play with you both outside while Mommy went to the doctor and then to work, and while Daddy got some of his work done.  Daddy spent most of the morning hanging new light fixtures in our hallway, which put him behind on his work.  Mommy still has homework to get tonight too, ugggh!  You both started shouting "Moo Moo!" When Mommy told you she was coming over this evening.  Jude, from all reports, you were an absolute terror.  You were very difficult to get to bed tonight too.  You would not have anything to do with Daddy rocking you, and Mommy tried three separate times before throwing in the towel.  You finally went to sleep after letting out only a few whimpers.  

On a side note, Mommy has to take medicine and report back if I still have the tummy issues in a few weeks.  Mommy also discovered that I've gained another 15 pounds, Good Lord!  I've got to do something about this quick.  I weigh only 10 pounds less than when I was 9 months pregnant with you, Jude :(  Anyway, you two had a great day with special peeps once again :)

Mommy's picture frame/shelf project... after several frame paintings and re-paintings, arranging and re-arranging, Mommy finally has them the way she's happy.  Now I've just got to get pictures of your Aunties in Vincennces, the Grills clan, and your siblings to fill in the empty frames :)
