Family Visit from Madison Indiana

Well, today started as usual for our Sunday, Buddha and Daddy up early watching news and making coffee, and then Buddha having a breakfast of oatmeal with fresh blueberries. You love blueberries, boy, you are a blueberry hound!
When Bodhi awakened, Daddy and Buddha moved upstairs and treated you, Bodhi, to your breakfast of fresh cantaloupe, and of course you graciously shared with your brother (for his second breakfast)! When Mommy got up, Daddy made another breakfast of Amish farm fresh eggs and bagels and fresh tomatoes from our garden. Yes, Bodhi, this was your second breakfast, and yes, Buddha, it was your third breakfast!!!
After breakfast, we got the two of you dressed for our exciting day, and you, Bodhi, got to open your many birthday presents left unopened (with a good deal of help from your brotherJ)! You received so many remarkable gifts from all the family and friends who love you so much, Bodhi girl!!!
We had time for a short nap before your great, great aunt Chris and uncle Barry came to visit, we were excited to see them and have been looking forward to their arrival!!! They visited with grandmoo for a while and then came over bearing birthday and friendship gifts for birthday girl, Bodhi, and her little brother, Buddha! We all then went out for dinner and had some more time to visit before going back over to grandmoo’s for a short time before they had to leave. We all wish aunt Chris and uncle Barry lived closer to us, ‘cause they are such wonderfully nice (and smart and fun!!!) people and we don’t get to see them nearly enough!!!!
We are a blessed family, Bodhi and Buddha, and you will find references to that over and over and over in your review of your personal Mellow Brick Road journal—what you will grow to understand is that those blessings are people, very, very, very special people—family and friends, the most important treasure to ever be discovered on your life adventure!

Buddha with Great Great Uncle Barry and Aunt Chris :)

Look at all that beauty!

Bodhi, you didn't nap well today!  When Aunt Chris and Uncle Barry arrived, you were a major turkey butt... Aunt Chris took a seat next to you (acting as if she wasn't paying any attention to you, so Mommy could take a picture hee/hee)!

Silly wabit!

Juders, you got the biggest kick out of Uncle Barry!

"Hey, look at me!"

Aunt Chris giving you lovin's... you, trying to get to Uncle Barry hee/hee Aunt Chris told Uncle Barry to move HA!

Aunt Chris with her stylish hair and baby Buddha :)

This morning opening gifts... Mommy wasn't on top of her game, so you opened a few presents before Mommy was able to get her camera :(  Mommy wanted everyone to see you opening their gifts!

Buddha assisting Bodhi with the gift opening ;)-  Such a good lil' bother, I mean brother!

"What is it?"

"Ooooooh Ball!"

Bodhi reading her card hee/hee this was a popular 2nd birthday card... you received like four of them :)

Where's Bodhi?

"Oooooh Markers!"  "Now I can create more art work for you Momma!"

Bubbles and books, and more books!  YAY!

"Hmmmm what is it Momma?"

"More musical instruments!"  "Thanks Momma and Daddy!"

Look out Bob Dylan! I bet you weren't playing at two years old!

"Grandma Betty did good!"

Bodhi putting her card money in her bank... Bubby trying to rob her!

After we ate dinner and returned home, you, Bodhi, were in a much better mood.  Mommy played outside with you for a while waiting for Aunt Chris, Uncle Barry, and Grandmoo to return :)

Bodhi, you had me cracking up... there was a cricket chirping and you started dancing.  It was hysterical :)-

There's my sweet Bodhi girl!
