Losing Steam

Mommy has been so tired here the last couple of weeks.  I have huge plans to get things done during the morning hours, but by the time I get you two to bed, I'm ready for bed myself.  Daddy is always past ready, and is usually passed out on the couch, like tonight.  Juders, you passed out within a half hour of Mommy nursing you tonight.  Mommy came downstairs, and there was Bodhi and Daddy, snuggled on the couch. Daddy was passed out snoring loudly and Bodhi girl, you were smiling and watching cartoons.  Mommy asked you Bodhi, if you wanted to go visit Grandmoo before going to bed, and you smiled and said "yesssss pweeeese."  Mr. Murff knew what Mommy had asked you, and he too insisted on tagging along.  We played at Grandmoo's for about an hour and then she walked us home.

This morning, yes, I'm going backwards... Daddy played with you both while Mommy went to work for a few hours.  Daddy went to McDonalds and bought us all pancakes, so we ate breakfast together and then Momma was off to work.  Mommy made it home in time to put you, Jude, down for your nap, and Bodhi you quickly followed.  Mommy received a text message from the family that looked at our house yesterday, and they asked for a little time to think about it... so Mommy quickly called those she had cancelled with to see if they were still interested in seeing our house.  Luckily, all are very interested and re-scheduled.  Mommy even had a new interest surface.  So, hopefully we'll get our house sold/rented etc.  Whom ever gets it will be getting a bargain.  Mommy put so much sweat and money into it, and doesn't have any expectations of getting anything for it.  We're not worried though, we can pay two mortgages if it comes down to it, no big deal. Mommy, Daddy, and Grandmoo went and looked at the house we put an offer on again today.  We accepted their counter with some revisions, so we'll find out tomorrow if they accepted :)  Mommy and Daddy are super excited, we even took measurements and to our surprise, things we were worried about are nothing to worry about, so YAY!

So, tomorrow, Mommy will be taking you both to Aunt Ti's in the morning while Mommy and Daddy go to work, and then we'll be showing our home in the evening.  :)  Hopefully Mommy's energy will be restored here soon.  I don't know what is wrong with me!!!  You both have been sleeping a lot more too... well, Jude, you've been waking your usual 3-4 times through the night, but you've been taking long naps. Sweet Dreams Baby Butts... hopefully by November 15th, you'll be snug as a bug in your new rooms :)

Mommy let you feed yourself dinner tonight Ju Ju... while closely supervising you, you can be quite the wild man :)

"Big Boy Buddha" ;)

Bodhi acting like she's asleep, Daddy really passed out! hee/hee :)

"Knock, Knock, Knock... come on Grandmoo open the door before the Boogie man gets us!"

Grandmoo asked if your shoes were clean, and you made us laugh because you looked at them and then made sure neither of them were touching her chair cushion hee/hee  Look at you with your legs crossed like a little sucker!

A Surprisingly Pleasant Day :)

Mommy had been dreading this day for about a week now, and to my surprise, today couldn't have been any better!  First, Court went very favorably for my client, and deservingly so (for now anyway), Mommy received the wedding photo album she made for Aunt Holly in the mail (and it's awesome), we received a reasonable counter offer on the house we put an offer on, and not to let the cat out of the bag prematurely...but we have a buyer committed to purchase on our current home (5 days has got to be a record).  I still have one more person that wants to see it though.  Also, you both didn't have to go down for an afternoon nap at Aunt Ti's...she was able to keep you both awake until Mommy arrived :)

This is all moving so quickly Mommy is kind of sad about the thought of leaving our beautiful home and Grandmoo behind.  Don't get me wrong, I'm so thankful and everything has worked out perfectly, but no longer living across the street from Grandmoo is going to be very hard.  I am super excited though, as is Daddy.

Bubba, you didn't seem to be feeling well today, or for the past few days.  You've been puking up after meals quite a bit, and fussing a little more than usual.  Aunt Ti thought your throat might be bothering you :(  On a positive note, Buddha... you are saying so many words!  You say, "Bo Bo, Ball, Utt Ohhh, No, Momma, Da Da Dadda," and several others when asked to speak :)  Bodhi, you too are speaking more words.  Just today you said "Lizzie and Andrew" for Aunt Ti.  You also repeated them for Momma.

You both played with Grandmoo for about a half hour each today.  Buddha, you got to spend some time with GiGi too.  She came over to visit, but since you and your sister went down late, Sissy was asleep... of course you had already awakened :)-  Sister Kelly and Brother Governor also stopped by for a few.  Bo Bo you picked Mommy a flower with Sister Kelly.  It was a flower off of our butterfly bush... Mommy's is going to preserve it in a book :)  You have been so sweet all day once again.  You and your brother still have Mommy laughing all the time.  I've got to video tape you two...it's so funny watching you guys interact and play with one another!

Well, Momma couldn't be happier, everything seems to be falling into place nicely :)  And thank you Aunt Ti for taking some cutie patutey pictures! :)  Mommy started working on the blog early so that maybe I could knock out a little project :)

An Offer Made

Welp (gulp) we put an offer on one of the two houses we were looking at in the old Silk Stocking neighborhood, located on Walnut Street, specifically, the large non-mansion home hee/hee  If they accept our offer we'll be moving in the middle of November, which couldn't have worked out more perfect for us, and I"m told, for the owners as well.  So, fingers crossed, if it's meant to be, it will be.

Bodhi, you had Speech Therapy at 9am this morning with Ms. Connie.  You are talking more and more, and I think even more so once Ms. Connie leaves :)  Today, toward the end of your speech therapy appointment, you decided you were tired of Ms. Connie asking you to say words in order to play with toys, so you shrugged your shoulders, sighed, packed all her toys back in her bag, and then waved goodbye.  Ms. Connie and Mommy died laughing!  You are too precious and absolutely hilarious! Mommy laughed at you all day long.  You and your brother are such a hoot to watch.  Sometimes you are super sweet and helpful with your brother, and other times you are just down right  annoyed with his attempts to play with you and your baby girl, "Bubba" :)  Mommy can already tell, you two are going to love each other very much, but goodness,  you guys will be fighting ALL the time!

After playing the remainder of the morning, Mommy fed you both lunch and put you down for your afternoon naps.  Mommy had Grandmoo come over and sit with you both while I went and got my hair cut.  It was wayyy too long!  Mommy had a whole 5 inches cut off, but no one can tell :)-  Mommy is very nervous about Tuesday.   Mommy has court for her client.  Mommy always gets real anxious and ill prior to court.  Mommy always felt like this in high school prior to volleyball and softball games.  I don't know what the deal is, but it never seems to get any better :(  When Mommy worked for DCS, I was one big walking anxiety attack for three solid years.  I seriously think it aged me something like ten years hee/hee  I loved that job, but the weight that was lifted when I put my notice in, was unreal.  Anyway, once tomorrow is over, Mommy will be good to go again.  Well, other than not sleeping the next few months until my graduate classes are over!  We will also find out tomorrow by 5pm, whether they accepted our offer on the house or not.  So, tomorrow is a big day!

This evening, Grandmoo took you, Jude, outside for some one on one quality time while your sister finished her nap.  When Mommy got Bodhi up, Grandmoo was planning on leaving and coming back later, but you, Juders,  went to the door, held out your arms, and screamed bloody murder.  Grandmoo decided then to stay a bit longer, she couldn't refuse you.  Mommy and Grandmoo played with you both outside, and Kinsey and Morgan saw us all outside playing, and decided to also join us.  You two love Kinsey and Morgan.  They baby you both big time, and you two eat it up.

After playing outside, Mommy brought you both inside and fed you dinner.  Wow can you two eat!  We're going to have to start budgeting for extra food, which is scary considering you  are guys are only one and two years old hee/hee  You two are fast asleep, so, Mommy is going to finish this blog entry, pack your stuff up for Aunt Ti's tomorrow, get work papers ready to take to court, and complete my Statistics homework.  Daddy said he would help Mommy with my homework, if I need help.  Mommy also has to have the house in order to show a family tomorrow at 4:30 pm.  We've got too much going on at the moment!

Little Kinsey from down the road holding Big Buddha baby :)  Juders, Mommy and Grandmoo didn't want to wake your sister by going in her room to get you a change of clothes after you nap... you had a major poo explosion, ewwww!  So, you are wearing clothes that we found in the dryer hee/hee My lil' "Joe Dirt" baby :)-

Bodhi, you love when Morgan pushes you on your tricycle!  You always point to your tricycle when she comes over hee/hee

"I want to play with that too!"

Little Ju Ju on the go!

Bodhi you decided to roll all over your ball in the neighbor's yard, where they are still working on re-building Vincent's house.

Family Day

We love our Sundays together!  Daddy made breakfast while Mommy played with you two (after I slept in until 9am) Woot Woot!  After Mommy fed you both, Daddy played with you while I swept the upstairs and put clothes away... fun fun.  Mommy has arranged for three different people to come look at the house :)  Two are interested in renting and one is interested in purchasing!  Hopefully I'll have some exciting news here soon, fingers crossed!

This afternoon you both took a long nap, and so did Daddy.  Mommy worked on getting my pay filled out for work and then I mowed and weeded the lawn!  I won the battle today :)  Mommy loves to mow... just something about it.  However, of all days to get to mow, Mommy really didn't have time to mow, but that's always how it goes.  Mommy got you both up from your naps after Daddy took Sean Franky home when he showed up with Daddy's car.  Bo, you played with your dolls and you kept making Mommy go and get you some cheese out of the refrigerator for a snack.  Buddha, you also love cheese!  Daddy went to make you a fruit bowl, but the fruit had gone bad so he threw it away.  Bodhi, you had a major fit!  We couldn't get you to calm down... So, Mommy said, lets go shopping at Grandmoo's!  You were so excited, got your shoes on, and did a little stroll across the street. As a side note... it makes Mommy real sad to think that should we move, there will be no more walking across the street to Grandmoo's :(....  It almost makes Mommy not want to move.  Anyway, you knocked knocked knocked and kept knocking until Grandmoo opened the door hee/hee You didn't wave hi, give kisses, nothing, you just walked your itty bitty booty to her refrigerator and demanded she open it!  She had no clue what we were doing, but Mommy filled her in on our plan to shop for some fruit.  Grandmoo got you a bag and you filled it with an apple and a banana.  Grandmoo made you take Buddha a banana too :)

We returned home, and you and Buddha played until supper time.  Mommy made you both dinner, fed the stray kitties, and cleaned up our dinner mess.  Mommy then decided you two couldn't go another day without a bath, so you both "got up under some water," as Daddy says.  Jude, you were then off to bed, and Bodhi, you followed shortly after.  When Mommy came downstairs after nursing Bubba, Daddy was snuggled on the couch with you passed out.  You were smiling and watching cartoons in his arms hee/hee Daddy always falls asleep with you during cartoon time.  Daddy also went up to bed and Mommy went to her client's house to administer a drug screen and chat about how her day went.  You and Buddha's day was pretty uneventful, but Mommy was busy busy busy!  Tomorrow, you have Speech Therapy and right after Mommy is showing the house :)  Sweet dreams baby butts, don't let the bed bugs bite :)

It never fails... Mommy went to retrieve the camera from the bedroom and you woke up Jude man!  Mommy didn't get very many good pictures today, and very few of you Bodhi girl.  Mommy better get it together!

Home To Grow Old In...Check.

Well, this morning got off to an interesting start!  Mommy had arranged for GiGi and Gi-Pa to watch you both while Mommy went and looked at four houses starting at 10:30 am this morning, after Daddy got off work.  Mommy got you both ready to go and GiGi called to ask when you both would be coming, and so Mommy had you each in an arm, we walked out to the front porch, and we had no car!  Oh yeah, Sean Franky borrowed Daddy's car to go to Manchester this weekend.  Mommy had to call GiGi and have her come pick you both up!  You both were excited to see her and headed on down the road with great anticipation of what your adventure would entail with GiGi and Gi-Pa!  It's  been a long while since the last time you were both at their house.  Mommy then showered and ready for when Daddy arrived home from work.

The first house, as anticipated, was our favorite.  Mommy and especially Daddy, fell in love with it right away.  The next three houses we saw were a... no, no, and no.  So, Mommy and Daddy have decided we are probably going to put an offer on it.  Mommy is still in love with the old Victorian mansion lol, so Daddy suggested we also have our Realtor speak with the owners of that house to see what her take was on the deal and them.  Mommy quickly got to work, our renter we had lined up for our current home fell through, so now we are trying to find a renter/buyer quickly, but we still may put an offer on one of the two houses.    The house we saw today was priced right with room for negotiation, had all the old house charm, very well maintained with no major work needed, and provides everyone with enough room, but not too big to manage.  The Victorian house is Mommy's dream house with more than enough space for everyone, all original charm, 6 bedrooms, a library, two staircases, and three full bathrooms, but still needs a few replacement windows so you babes don't fall out the windows :0.  Mommy may have to get a second job to heat and cool it LOL but it has everything on Mommy's and Daddy's wish list.  The house today doesn't have a fireplace like Daddy desires, but he said he loves it so much it doesn't bother him the slightest.  It's a solid house but Mommy would want re-do the kitchen and replace the flooring in the the bathroom (eventually).  It has four bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, and an office with a two car garage and nice size backyard.  Either house, Mommy will be scraping A TON of wallpaper off the walls!  Oh, and, both homes are on the same street in the old Silk Stocking neighborhood! :)

So Mommy and Daddy are proceeding cautiously, Daddy wanted to put an offer today, but Mommy wanted some time to think about it and make sure everything was in place... good thing since our renter didn't work out.  Which, is no big deal, but it would have been a major source of stress putting an offer in and then finding out after.  So, we'll see! Mommy will make certain it will work out in a way that best benefits us, even if that means waiting.

This evening, Ju Ju you had some individual quality time with Grandmoo while Mommy worked on all three of her Graduate classes... well, got organized for them.  Mommy still has some catching up to do with her Statistics course, but is feeling much better about at least being organized.  Bodhi, when you finally awakened from your afternoon/early evening nap, you played downstairs, watched some tv, and chilled while Mommy and Daddy worked.  Thank you Grandmoo and GiGi for helping out once again!  Daddy is nestled in bed and Mommy will hopefully soon follow.  I need to finish up organizing my class information, address your birthday invitations, Buddha (they are so stinkin' cute), and possibly work on framing your very first painting Buddha... for our family wall here at home.  Mommy doubts she'll get to it though :0  Sweet dreams babies!  Mommy and Daddy love you soooooo much!  We hope we can workout a deal to get you into a bigger home for you two to grow up in!

Since we were so busy, and since you both spent the day away from Mommy and Daddy... Mommy didn't get very many pictures.  Buddha, Mommy just got one of you, and you were napping.

Sweet "Evening Bodhi" chillin' on the couch with her binky, paci, and baby "Bubba."  Mommy asked you what your baby girl's name was today, Bodhi, you said "Bubba." LOL

Bodhi, you are your Daddy's daughter...picking your toe nails just like Daddy LOL

Such a Sucker, just like Daddy :)

Someone Was Getting Your "Getties" Today

Bodhi and Buddha, you had another fun morning at Aunt Ti's.  Neither of you were excited to see Momma :( and neither of you cared to leave :(  Once home, Mommy got you, Bodhi, down for your nap... you were a giggle box.  Buddha, you too were a major giggle box.  When Momma was nursing you, you kept tossing and turning and giggling up a storm.  You were giggling so hard you projected spit-up, not once but twice,  all over Mommy's face and shirt, ewwww! You both were laughing and giggling like you do when Momma gets your getties! You both took a long nap, and Mommy had big plans to knock out a bunch of work.  However, I got stuck working on on photo book for Grandma Betty and it ate up most of my "work time."   Mommy is in project mode, but I think it's more of a "avoiding homework" mode :(

This evening Grandmoo came over to take you both outside to play.  Grandpa Kurt played with you both outside too.  Sister Kelly and Brother Governor also stopped by to visit.  Mommy had to do a drug screen and an unannounced visit, then Mommy returned home to a very cranky Buddha.  Sister Kelly and Grandmoo report that you were out of control cranky, Buddha.  As soon as Mommy walked in the door, Grandmoo threw you at me hee/hee You instantly calmed down and were back to being happy :)  Mommy nursed you to sleep.  Bodhi, Mommy fed you dinner after getting your brother down.  You then spent the rest of the night cuddling with Daddy while watching your favorite evening cartoons.  Daddy sent Mommy out to get him some back medicine, and when I returned home, you were asleep.  Mommy went upstairs and gave you some goodnight kisses and now Mommy has a laundry list of things to get done, not to mention the laundry!  Tomorrow you both are spending the morning with GiGi and Gi-Pa Poncho while Mommy and Daddy look at four houses.  Sweet dreams baby butts!  Mommy and Daddy love you to pieces :)

"Tickled Buddha" :)

You're scaring Momma... I don't want to nurse you like that!!!

Such a Sucker!  "Arrrrrrgh Momma, I need nursed so I can go to bed!"

"That's better :)

Chicken noodle soup for dinner, mmmm!

Little Lefty ;)  Momma failed to get pictures today... except for some last minute shots.  I'll get more of you tomorrow Bodhi girl!

Finally, Daddy's masterpieces displayed appropriately.

Sleepy Heads

Mommy and Buddha woke you up together Bodhi girl.  You did not want to get up, but Bubba kept saying "Bo Bo Bo Bo!"  You would smile but kept your eyes tightly shut hee/hee  Mommy got you both up and dressed for Aunt Ti's.  Mommy only got three hours of sleep, and Daddy got less than Mommy, so Mommy let Daddy sleep and got you to up and going by myself.

Aunt Ti said you both had a good day, but that your ear, Buddha, was probably hurting you becuase you were tugging on it and fussing.  Mommy got you both home and down for your naps, and I too took a nap with you all.  Buddha, you woke up an hour and a half into your nap, but Mommy managed to get you to go back to sleep.  You both then slept until 5:30pm, when Mommy decided to get you both up!  Bodhi, Momma woke you up first, which is rare, and then you and I got Buddha up.  Buddha, you wake up so happy, and today was no exception.  When you saw your sister and your Momma standing outside your crib,  you started giggling... you are too cute!  Bodhi kept saying "Bubba, Bubba," but you didn't wake up right away.  This baffles Mommy since anytime Mommy walks into the room at night to go to bed, you wake up instantly!  We then spent the remainder of the evening playing together.  Daddy arrived home from work, he was definitely dragging and he decided to snuggle in on the floor while you two played and climbed around him.  Mommy made dinner, and then both Mommy and Daddy fed you both.  You both then continued to play.  Mommy ran and bought two frames from JoAnn Fabrics for the artwork you created for Daddy the other day.  Mommy was going to go into Hobby Lobby to see if the same rude manager was employed there from over 2 1/2 years ago, but I decided not to even bother.  Sean Franky came by, but Juders, you were already asleep.  Bodhi, he got the biggest kick out of Daddy passed out on the floor, and you in your toddler snuggy, drawing on your doodle thingy with your lil' baby snuggled in beside you.  Today was much better than yesterday, but we were ALL dragging.  Now, everyone but Mommy and Mr. Murff are snuggled in for the night.  Daddy has asked that Mommy wake him when I go to bed so he can get some work done.  Mommy has yet to start working on homework for my Graduate classes that started yesterday, uggggh!

Bo, you are back to loving your baby doll!  You carried her around all day with you today :) and you are such a good Momma!  Momma calls you Momma Bodhi and you just smile :)  Juders, you too, love to kiss and hug on Momma Bodhi's baby, but Momma Bodhi doesn't approve of your rough housing her!
