PARTY!

We were up and roaring this Saturday morning.  Just after Daddy left for work, you two were telling Momma, "get up Momma, it's morning."  So we got up, had some breakfast, started some laundry, picked up, and then Mommy hopped in the shower.  You two followed with a bath.  After Daddy arrived home from work, Mommy headed out for an afternoon appointment.  When Mommy returned, one of you were fast asleep and the other wide awake being a major stinker butt.  I'll give you one guess as to who was not napping?  Yep, you, Mr. Jude man!  Daddy quickly fell asleep on the couch, and well, Mommy's attempts were denied.  Mommy got up and made a Pinterest chicken recipe and then got you two dressed to go to Aunt Dianna's for Norah's 3rd and Rowan's 1st birthday party.  You two were super excited, as was Mommy despite being pooped and wanting a nap.

Mommy bundled you both up, grabbed the gifts, and walked two blocks down the road.  It was beautiful out, bright and sunny...with big snow flakes of course.  You both loved our walk and enjoyed playing in the snow a long the way.  Once there you two grabbed some balloons and refused to let anyone have them :)- You both are balloon crazy.  Jude, you played by yourself, and several people remarked at how laid back you are.  I think it's just because you didn't get a nap.  You did get two time-outs for hitting right off the bat, I think you just re-gathered yourself and decided to turn it around ha/ha  Bodhi, you ran around playing, painted a butterfly, and played in the kid's rooms with the other kids.  You developed a new obsession...Tinker Bell :)  Several people commented at how beautiful your hair is and how mature you are for your age :)  We stayed and celebrated for about 2 1/2 hours.  You two had a great time, as did Mommy.  Aunt Dianna did an awesome job decorating and preparing.  The food was adorable as was the crafts and decorations!  Good job Dianna!

Buddha, you sat all by yourself at a little kid table eating your cake, and then your candy.  You were people watching and completely satisfied not to take part in the activities, bt simply enjoy the treats ha/ha   You were so funny.  After Norah and Rowan opened their gifts, we headed home.  We again bundled up and walked our walk back home.  This time Mommy showed you both how to catch snowflakes on your tongue.  We walked the entire way with our heads up in the air and our tongues sticking out.  You two loved it.  Once home, you Mr. Buddha, were a major stinker butt.  Mommy tried getting Daddy to take you to pick up some IU goodies at the restaurant, but you wanted Mommy and Daddy didn't push you to go with him :(

Seconds after Daddy left, you were passed completely out on the couch.  Bodhi, you snuggled up with Mommy...you are most definitely a "Mommy's girl" these days :)  Once Daddy arrived home, Mommy put you to bed, Buddha.  Bodhi, you followed a little while later.  Daddy had invited Grandpa and Great Grandma Penny over to watch the IU game, with the promise of chips and salsa, but they never showed.  Both Mommy and Daddy watched the IU v. Michigan game...and IU won, beating the number one ranked team :)  GO IU!  Mommy then organized my Pinterest boards and fell asleep.  At about 3am, you Ms. Bodhi came into Mommy's room wanting your tv turned on, uggggh, and Mommy noticed Jude's door was open but he wasn't in his bed.  Mommy had no clue he was snuggled up against Ms. Allie on my bed ha/ha

Sweet dreams my sweet sweet babes!

Yes, we know, Mommy's cell phone camera is crapola...however, look how sweet you are painting your butterfly window thingy :)

This was taken just prior to time-out #2.  Sucker!
