Good Morning little monkeys! This morning Mommy and Daddy took turns showering while playing and caring for you both. Mommy got you, Bodhi, dressed in the absolute cutest dress ever! It's by far Mommy's favorite dress, and if we get a family picture taken this fall, you'll be wearing the dress you wore today. Buddha, Mommy got you dressed in your normal attire, a sports themed shirt (I think today was baseball) and some athletic shorts hee/hee I forgot to mention in yesterday's or the day before yesterday's post, but Jude, you told Mommy out of the blue... "Mommy perdy," while rubbing my face. You melted my heart! You also love to take Daddy's and Mommy's hand and say "come on," like your sister does. You lead us to what you want :) Bodhi, you have special Daddy time in the morning, drawing while Daddy checks his work email in the office :)
Today, we played outside in the backyard as a family before going to Aunt Ti's for the evening. Bodhi, your personality is changing big time. You use to be so loving and gentle with animals... you are now hitting and being super ornery, ugggh! I can't even begin to express the orneriness that is coming from you!! Aunt Ti reported that you both were good for her, but that you Buddha were a bit of a pistol and she was chasing you from one end of her property to the other. Aunt Ti also reported that you reached through the fence and hit Brock! What on earth is going on with you??? When Mommy put you in time out the other day for throwing something at Baby Ella, you sat there with your face in your hands, rolling your eyes, sighing, I have never seen this from you Bo! Buddha's terrific two's must be wearing off on you :(
I can't believe how much you both are changing everyday! Buddha, you are growing up and becoming a little man... a sucker, but a little man. Bodhi, wow, you are something else...it's so odd because it's like overnight you went from shy/sweet acting to straight ornery to the core! Don't get me wrong, you've always been a bit ornery, but now you are very expressive about it. Plus, you are not concerned about pleasing Mommy and Daddy so much anymore, oh lord!!!
Sweet dreams my sweet babes! As much fun it is to see you both grow and change every day, STOP! It's going to fast!
