Momma started her morning at 7:30 am with Zumba class, Daddy started his day at 8:00 am with work, you two started your day with GiGi! Mommy's taking Zumba for the third month in a row. I've lost 25 pounds in the last six months, so I'll eventually get this weight off!
Bodhi, GiGi dressed you in one of the cute outfits that Aunt Bethie gave you yesterday. You looked so stinkin' cute. Jude, GiGi kept you in the clothes you wore yesterday hee/hee Mommy later changed you though. When Momma arrived home, GiGi was pulling you two in the wagon. Jude, the sun was in your eyes and you could hear Mommy's voice talking to you from the car as I was pulling in the driveway, but you couldn't see me hee/hee You were stretching and squinting, trying to find your Mommy :) Bodhi, you just smiled an ornery smile, it was as though you were saying "thanks Momma for having GiGi come over with us!" Mommy, GiGi, and Grandmoo all played with you two outside for a while. Jude, you got tired and hungry early, so Mommy had to take you in and nurse you to sleep for an early nap. Bodhi, you worked on the garden with Daddy, once he arrived home from work. Mommy got you both down for naps and took off for some Mommy time, running errands and what not, for a few hours. Daddy stayed home with you both. Jude, you woke as I was leaving :( So, I had to leave fast before you were a mess from seeing your Momma leave you.
We really got hit hard with some major thunderstorms, flash flood warnings, and even a tornado warning this afternoon. Mommy and Grandmoo took you both out on the porch to play with your tool set and tricycle. Daddy said he needed a half hour nap, five hours later and he's still asleep. Bodhi, you LOVE to play on the porch when it's raining. It was raining so hard we all got soaked, even on the porch! You love to collect water in your bucket and stick your gadgets in it. Mommy showed you how to use your bucket of water to water all of Mommy's plants on the porch. You loved collecting the water and then watering the flowers! We managed to water everything with rain water, we are so green :) Bodhi, you even got creative and filled one of your tool drawers with water and gave Mr. Murff a drink of water. He actually drank it, so you kept collecting it for him. It was so cute! Mommy couldn't believe that you knew to use a flat container so he could get his big snout in it to take a drink. You didn't even try to use your bucket, you just went and fetched your tool drawer. Jude, Grandmoo showed you how to use the toy hammer, and since you love to bang EVERYTHING, you were in heaven. You are even more of a busy body than your sister, and you get into EVERYTHING! You enjoyed your time on the porch just as much as Bodhi girl, which is unusual.
This evening the tornado warning siren sounded. You both, of course, were TERRIFIED. However, Grandmoo and Mommy tried to act excited about the scary siren, and we turned it into a game. Bodhi, you were also scared of the very loud thunder. However, Mommy and Grandmoo would say "Oooooh, how neat," every time it thundered and you eventually started "Oooooh'ing" hee/hee We got you both calmed down and had a nice evening inside together. You both are fast asleep. You both act like you are completely over the viral infections, teething, ear ache, and yeasty face. Bodhi, your vampire tooth came in on the other side and you are back to eating :)
