Mommy doesn't know how everyone else's day went, but Mommy had an absolute horrible day, aside from Great Papaw Grills arriving to visit. This morning, Bodhi, you had two separate Speech Therapy appointments, so Mommy was trying to juggle fulfilling those appointments with trying to fix our checking account because someone decided to make unauthorized purchases. Mommy made four separate trips to the bank trying to fulfill all of the paperwork requirements. Afterwards, Grandmoo came over so that Mommy could take the remainder of your clothes to a second consignment shop. We made an additional $50 dollars cash and $50 store credit, bringing our total to $445. This would normally be great news, however, Grandmoo needed to get things done at her house, but instead she was stuck sitting with you two for three hours! It took THREE hours, then Mommy had to drop the rest of the clothes off at the Salvation Army, return GiGi's and Gi-Pa's truck, pick up baby food and make it back home, all before Great Papaw arrived. When Mommy arrived at GiGi's, I realized I had forgot my car keys, nothing but added delays. Great Papaw had already arrived and Mommy was still trying to get everything done.
Great Papaw was playing with you both outside when Mommy finally made it home. Grandpa Kurt was visiting with Great Papaw, as was Grandmoo. We played outside until you both were hungry, and then Mommy fed you both some of Grandmoo's vegetable soup. Since you are going to Aunt Tiana's house tomorrow while Mommy works, Mommy had to give you both baths (Jude, you were in desperate need of a good bath) however, you were refusing to cooperate, so it was a major battle. After putting you down Bodhi, Mommy nursed you, Jude. Mommy is very upset because I fell asleep while nursing you and woke up at 10:00 p.m.!!!! No visiting, no camp fire, nothing! Everyone just let Mommy sleep the evening away. Now Mommy has to get everything ready for you two to go to childcare and Mommy to work and probably won't be able to get to sleep :( Mommy is very bummed!
Great Papaw Grills definitely thinks you both are keepers! He thinks you two are something else, and absolute cuties. Bodhi, he flipped his false teeth out at you, as you thought this was the funniest thing when he last visited, but you freaked out this time! It was so funny, you just looked at him with an unsure look on your face and backed up hee/hee. Jude, you didn't mind, and like Bodhi at your age, you found Great Papaw very interesting to watch :) Great Papaw is staying tomorrow, and tomorrow is Grandmoo's birthday, so we'll get to visit and make up for this evening!
