Grumpy Beginning, Grand Finale

We got off to a grumpy start this morning; Mommy and Daddy were especially tired, neither sleeping well in recent weeks, and apparently Bodhi, you weren’t completely rested this morning either. You certainly weren’t happy about getting off to Aunt Tai’s for your day of adventure, but Mommy reports you were exceptionally happy coming home this afternoon, smiling and looking out the window of the car, and laughing at your reflection.
Jude, you are a proverbial laughing Buddha, you are always in a good mood, and this morning you were the shining star of our day’s beginning. And sure enough, this afternoon and evening you remained happy, giggling and laughing and smiling that incredible heart-melting grin of yours.
After afternoon naps, both of you were treated to your first encounter with mulberries Daddy collected from a Mulberry tree near the college. We had to be careful handling them as they make semi-permanent purple stains on anything they contact. You both seemed to enjoy the treat!
This evening Sean Franky came by for a short visit, and Grandmoo and GiGi came over to feed the two of you and play with each of you while Mommy did her Zumba class and Daddy attempted some work.
Bodhi and Buddha, you both went to sleep with smiles on your beautiful faces, and Mommy and Daddy are looking forward to joining you soon! Let’s hope we all get some rest tonight and enjoy a wonderful Friday and look forward to spending Friday evening as family time. Sleep peacefully and sweet dreams you Princess and Prince of Indiana!!!
