Jude's 1st Tea Party

This morning Mommy was off to our closing for our former house, YAY!  Daddy stayed home with you two, made you breakfast, and looked after you while Mommy was away for about    an hour and a half.  When Mommy arrived home, Daddy went to work and Mommy took you two to  Lowes to pick up a can of turquoise paint and ceiling paint with a gift card Mommy received from Brian Jones, an adjunct that works for Daddy :)  Thank you so much Brian! :)  Once we returned home and you two went down for a nap.  Mommy decided, despite being wore out from our morning together, not to nap but to get busy on my piano project.  Prior to you two hee/hee Mommy had painted our piano black, and for some time I have been wanting to paint it a funky color.  Daddy was adamant that he wanted the piano to remain black, but when Mommy gets an idea, it's gonna happen hee/hee it's just a matter of time.  Recently, when Aunt Bethie stopped by, she commented that Mommy should paint the piano a funky color, and so my inspiration was renewed :)  So, when you guys awakened from your nap, the piano was "Catwalk" a turquoise blue :)  It also happens to be the color that I want to paint Daddy's office.  Daddy has been hinting he wants his office painted (he has to hint, he has so many books that Mommy wants to punch him in his face when mentions it hee/hee)!  However, Mommy recently decided to paint it a deep dark purple/plum/eggplant, and Daddy loved the idea.  After some time and samples, Mommy decided against it, Daddy's office is a cave, and eggplant with all the cherry wood would be blah, not to mention dark.  Daddy has been stuck on eggplant  ever since, and didn't want to consider Mommy's turquoise idea, well, that's until I told him Uncle Dan has a room in turquoise, now he's all for it :)-

After naps, you two were asking to call Grandmoo, and so Mommy let you call her.  You both asked that she come over, but Grandmoo asked if you two would rather go to her house.  Of course you both went nuts and opted to go to her house instead.  Aunt Gabby stopped by to get some soup, she didn't get much at Mommy's Open House/Graduation, so Mommy told her to come over and get some because I had made another batch.  Gabby always likes to see you two crazy critters hee/hee Mommy took you two to Grandmoo's after Aunt Gabby left.

Grandmoo reports/confirms, you Mr. Buddha, are obsessed with playing "princess," something that your sister makes you play.  When anyone tells you, "No, you are a prince, Jude," you throw a fit saying "No, No, No, I'm a princess!"  Oh Boy!  Grandmoo reports that you both got dressed up, and then dressed her up.  You all then had a tea party :)  It was your first Jude man.  Grandmoo says you were so serious, and loved every minute of it! You two stayed with Grandmoo from 6pm-10pm, and Jude, you didn't want to leave.  Bodhi, you said you were ready to go to bed :)  While you two were away, Aunt Dianna and her friend stopped by to see Mommy's piano.  They loved it.  Mommy is helping Dianna come up with a color scheme for her house, so she's definitely going to try out turquoise in a room :)

Mommy got you both down for the night, sweet dreams my sweet sweet babes!

Playing dress-up :)

Bling!

Jude also bling'n out!
