Mommy is doing yesterday's post tonight. Seems I forgot how short February is, even with the extra day :)- Mommy was up until 2am doing reports and billing, and then doing more billing because I did it on the incorrect form, ugggh! I remember thinking, oh I have so many things to tell about, but I'm not remembering anything from yesterday at the moment.
Well, let's see... Bodhi, you were happy to get to spend the morning in your room playing with Bubby and Mommy. Mommy rearranged her work schedule so that Daddy could prepare for a presentation he had in the afternoon. We played all morning, until you two couldn't keep your eyes open any longer. Then it was nap time. Mommy put you both down without a fight, and then I was off to clean our little mansion :)- Mommy had thought that she too would have enough time to get a nap in also, but of course it didn't work out that way. Daddy came home and you two woke up. Mommy then had to go to work for a few hours. Mommy just has to say, I'm so lucky and thankful for my career. I have a twelve year old boy on my caseload, so Mommy's work yesterday consisted of riding bicycles and helping with some early spring yard cleaning.
You two spent a couple of hours with Daddy playing while Mommy was "working." Aunt Bethie made a surprise visit and you two showed Aunt Bethie around our new home. Mommy was sad to hear she missed her :( but at least you two got to spend some time with her :) Mommy called Daddy to see what he wanted to do for dinner and he declared, "dinner and a movie," with some fried chicken, mashed potatoes, and cole slaw. We all ate as a family and watched "Rio" AGAIN! You two were really happy. Mommy is glad we are getting to spend more time together :)
