Family Time

Ok, Mommy has a confession.... each night when it's time to write the blog, Mommy is so darn tired and my brain is not fully functioning.  Every morning I remember something that I should have written in the previous night's blog entry.  Mommy is going to try to figure out a way to do the blog in the morning, rather than each night.  Except, I don't know how that is exactly going to work out since our mornings are crazy and Mommy hates mornings ha/ha.  Anyway, CONGRATULATIONS DIANNA SPRAY RUDD!!!!  February 3rd at 10:52 a.m., 9.7lbs and 21 inches long, baby girl, Rowan, entered the world!  She's beautiful and a definite keeper :) Dianna is Mommy's long-time friend from elementary school.  Dianna was the first person to ever spend the night with Mommy when I was a little girl :)  Dianna and her family are soon to be moving right down the street into a beautiful brick home, one that Mommy and Daddy wanted to buy so bad, but we were quite certain it was in the budget to convert it back to a single family home.  So there will be lots of future walks and time at the park with the Rudd clan.  Bodhi, Dianna's kids are the kids you thought had hurt Jude at the park hee/hee

Anyway, today GiGi came over to get her baby fix!  She brought you two blueberries and played with you both while Mommy organized the craft room.  Mommy joined in and played for a while, and also served you both breakfast and lunch.  You two love your GiGi time.  Each of you had some cuddle time with GiGi, which seems to rarely occur anymore!  GiGi was so happy that you each wanted to cuddle.  Buddha, you are the "lovingest" little guy!  Mommy gets around a hundred kisses a day from you.  You both opened that little package from Aunt Debbie.  Aunt Debbie made you, Bodhi, the cutest scarf and hat :)   Buddha, Aunt Debbie made you a football hat, and you look so stinkin' ornery and adorable in it!  Aunt Debbie also sent you both a Valentine's Day card, candy, and doggy/kitty key chain!  She sure did spoil you both.  You loved your gifts, Bodhi, you wore your scarf and hat inside for a couple of hours.  GiGi finally made you take them off and she said she could feel the heat radiating off of you hee/hee  Unfortunately, Mommy wasn't on the ball and didn't get a picture of you two in your styling hats and scarf, nor did I manage to get any pictures of you with GiGi :(

After GiGi time and after an afternoon nap, Sister Kelly and Brother Aaron came by to visit.  Sister Kelly helped get Mommy's and Daddy's phones all set up and Brother Aaron played and teased you both :)  Sister Kelly gets you, Bodhi, to be so mean to brother Aaron hee/hee She gets you to blame him for everything!  You both loved your Sister Kelly and Brother Aaron time.

This evening, Mommy went to work for about an hour and after working, picked up some Arby's for dinner.  That's another issue... Mommy has got to get back to meal planning and cooking.  All this eating out is not good for any of us!  After dinner Mommy threw you both in the bath.  We didn't get to our Friday night bath, so Mommy promised you we would take a bath today.  You two were so excited about bath time.  It's so funny... Bodhi, you said "Daddy bath, all clean!"  You LOVE to "get all clean!"  After baths Mommy took you, Bodhi, and put you in your bed.  Buddha, you wanted to lay with Bo Bo, so Mommy put you on the bed with her.  Bodhi, you were smiling ear to ear.  If only Bubby was a little older, Mommy would let him sleep with you.  You wanted Bubby to sleep with you so bad :)  You put your little arm around him and gave him a kiss.

Sweet dreams my sweet babes!

Sister Kelly made a blankey diaper for you... you thought it was so funny :)

Sister Kelly adding yet another blankey :)
