Adenoids and Tubes

Today was a great big Mommy day, and Mommy loved every minute of it!  We started our day off with eggs and toast, and then we were on to playing playing playing! Buddha, you smelled like poo after your poo diaper, so Mommy decided to give you and your sister a morning bath.  You two love baths, and you both were beyond excited to take a morning bath!  Before we knew it, nap time was over and it was time for Jude's doctor's appointment.  GiGi came over to play with you Bodhi, and Jude, Mommy packed you up and headed to the doctor's office.  Daddy managed to get out of work to join us.  He was super anxious for some reason... well, turns out for good reason.  We waited and waited and waited, two hours of waiting.  Daddy had to leave before you got called back :(  The doctor said your tubes are about to come out on schedule, however, you have some hearing loss and there's a ton of negative pressure behind the tubes.  The doctor also said you were at the beginning stages of two ear infections.  So, we left the office with a prescription and an appointment to have your adenoids removed and a new set of tubes put in :(  Mommy called Daddy to tell him, and Daddy went into panic mode.  You having surgery makes Mommy nervous, but Daddy FREAKS!  So, next Wednesday in Noblesville, you'll be having another surgery, Jude man!  You are tough and will do fine.  You'll feel a whole lot better afterwards too.  The doctor said this will help your breathing and your sleeping :)   

Bodhi, GiGi took you to her house since Jude's appointment was taking so long.  Mommy picked you up and we all headed to the pharmacy to drop off Jude's prescription.  You both were starving, so Mommy declared yet another, a third, "Dinner and a Movie" night!  Bodhi, you started dancing and making all kinds of weird excited noises, it was hilarious.  GiGi got the biggest kick out of you.  

We went home, I made dinner, and you two sat an waited while watching Puss and Boots, I think that's the name of it?  Jude, you don't watch tv, so you ran around getting into things you are not supposed to.... like playing with Mommy's new candelabra!!!  Such a sucker.  Daddy came home, and Mommy got you two off to bed.  Bodhi, you've got up three times and came downstairs to see what Mommy and Daddy were up to.  You are now content and in bed.  Buddha, you fell right to sleep, with a smile on your face.  You are too precious.
