T.G.I.F.

Thankfully, today was a Friday as Mommy and Daddy desperately needed an end to the week. All the stress of each day expecting things to finalize on the purchase of our new home, only to learn there are more delays, added to the already busy, busy work week for both Mommy and Daddy. Well, it is exhausting!

Today, each of you had a special treat day, Jude you spent the day with Grandmoo and when Daddy stopped by the house before noon and tried to hold you for a kiss, well you threw a fit wanting Grandmoo to hold you. You are a stinker! Understandably though, you love your Grandmoo and are in heaven when you have her full attention and get to play out back with her and Murffee and Arlo. Bodhi, you spent the entire day with GiGi and GiGi Pa and made chocolate chip cookies for Daddy’s birthday!

Daddy was at work most of the day, and late afternoon spent several hours waiting for tires to be put on the Mustang---boy, did we ever need new tires! Mommy spent most of the day working, only to learn that a realtor was bringing someone by to look at the house, so she had to hurry home and take care of everything on short notice---good thing she spoke with a ghost, Hershel, last night, who told her to clean the house ‘cause someone would be coming by to look at it. Mommy wanted desperately to go to bed, but instead she stayed up until 1am cleaning.  Yep, for real, Mommy talks with ghosts! What’s absolutely unbelievable, Hershel was right.

In the evening, Sister Kelly and Brother Aaron, and Grandmoo and GiGi and GiGi Pa came over to have birthday cake with us to celebrate Daddy’s birthday tomorrow. Daddy was given a giant Buddha statute for our new house from Grandmoo and GiGi and GiGi Pa, plus other generous gifts which Mommy and Daddy intend to use for a getaway tomorrow to celebrate Daddy’s birthday together. Aunt Ti has agreed to watch the two of you overnight, so you will both be having your own adventure. Mommy and Daddy look forward to some private, romantic time together, but by the time we get back we will all want to be back together again, and there will be hugs and kisses for everyone!!!

We all better get some rest for our respective adventures, sleep peacefully you baby hippiesJ!!!
