Purchase Dream Home- CHECK

CLOSED, CLOSED, CLOSED!!! YES!  We closed on our new (dream) home today!  Mommy and Daddy were so excited, we arrived 15 minutes early, and Daddy signed all the paperwork in record time.  We also got to meet the "previous" owners, who now reside in OUR home, and they were the nicest, kindest... most thoughtful people :)  They greeted us with great big hugs and friendly smiles!   Mommy and Daddy knew for certain that we had made the right choice!  They want to have us over to show us all the ins and outs of the home.  They also want to show us how to insulate the attic fan, something they do every year after they discovered the huge heating bill savings from doing so :) Mommy and Daddy were happy to hear that they too got their dream home, a house they had been looking at for years.  They had initially missed out when their realtor submitted their offer two hours late, but that deal fell through and they then were able to make an offer again and purchase their dream home.  Such good Karma!  Mommy had good vibes the very first time I went in the home, and after meeting the previous owners today, it's no mystery why!  So now the count down is on!  30 days at most, but they want to get into their new home as quickly as possible, so we might be able to move quicker than we originally anticipated!   A funny side note... Mommy when super stalking Our new home today, discovered that a house that Mommy has always loved came on the market today... it figures, but Mommy knows it has worked out the way it was supposed to work out!  Plus, it's probably completely out of our price range and I'm in love with our new house :)-  So here it is....
This picture doesn't even begin to capture it's true beauty! :)

So, after closing, Mommy rushed to Aunt Ti's to share the news and pick you two up!  Bo, Mommy told you it's official, we bought a new house today... you started dancing, it was so stinkin' cute.  Buddha, you also got in on the action :)  We went home and Daddy was waiting on us.  Daddy put you down for a nap Bodhi, and Buddha, well, Mommy and Daddy wrestled with you for three hours trying to get you to take a nap, but you weren't having it.  So you were a no-nap little Buddha today, ugggh!  Sister Kelly came over to visit you two, and then we went out to dinner.  We tried talking Sister Kelly into going with us but she insisted she had to get home and was tired after working.  :(  After dinner we then went to the mall and bought Daddy his sweater.  He wanted it for his birthday, but we were waiting on it to go on sale... and it was, so Daddy got his sweater.  We then came home, tucked you two into bed, Daddy, Mr. Murff, and Mr. Arlo are fast asleep on the chair and couch... and Mommy is going to pop in a movie and head to bed too :)  Mommy and Daddy can't wait for you two baby butts to see the new house.  You guys are going to go crazy with all that space :)

Pictures from Aunt Ti's... Thanks Aunt Ti :)
