Happy April's Fools Day! Your Daddy thinks he deserves a present for every holiday, so Mommy got him shoes a while back, just for this very day. He's a big sucka! He just surprised Mommy with Chris Matthews' book, "The Hardball Handbook; How to Win at Life." Mommy really likes Chris Matthews and secretly wishes he would have taken over Meet the Press when Tim Russert died. Mommy watched Meet the Press every Sunday growing up from about the age of 7 or 8. Anyway, tonight's posting is going to be short and sweet, because the two of you could not have been any happier and sweeter than you were today. Mommy dreams of more days like these from you, Bodhi! You didn't fuss too much, you were loving and affectionate, and you had some cute moments with Jude... it was such a nice day and a great change of pace. Though our walk got rained out, it was all rainbows inside. Mommy even took you Bodhi to the grocery store and 2 1/2 hours later, $248.00 dollars later.. you were still sweet as can be :) You did manage to eat a whole container of children's cheese puffs while shopping (Mommy told you she was going to get arrested because they weren't paid for) but we paid for them and avoided arrest. Jude, I think your sister set you up at dinner tonight. Mommy was making your baby food, and when I turned around your sister was pointing at you hee/hee you had taken your sister's fork out of her hand and were playing with it. Bodhi, you didn't like Jude talking too much at dinner so you tried out doing him by babbling yourself (twice as loud). Today was an awesome day, other than the rain, but hopefully tomorrow we'll make up for not having outside time today.
Bodhi will not be out done by her brother. Bodhi, I swear Jude already says Momma and babbles a phrase that sounds like "I love you." :)
Jude, you weren't up to anything hee/hee
Jude, you swiped your sister's sippie cup, I guess you were up to something... Mommy would have never believed it!
"Big Buddha" ;)
Sweet baby boy!
Bodhi, giving her Daddy lovins' :)
"I'm a sweet baby Bodhi!"
Look at that focus!
