What a busy and exciting day! Bodhi, you had speech therapy with Ms. Connie first thing this morning. Ms. Connie got you to sign five new words :) She kept commenting how much fun you are because you are so smart and pick up on everything so quickly. Your older brother, Sean Franky, likes to joke that your first sentence will start out in Spanish and end in sign language hee/hee After Ms. Connie left, Mommy put you both down for a quick nap before heading out to Easy Acre Farm.
Mommy dressed you both in your cute little Easter Outfits, packed you in the car, and headed to Easy Acre Farm to meet up with Aunt Amanda, Ms. Momma Mia, and Little Ava. It was the coolest place! They had a barn all decked out in Easter decorations, including a beautiful chandelier, and the Easter Bunny. They even had bunnies, chicks, and goats to pet. Bodhi, you were in heaven, you loved petting all the animals. Jude, you were hilarious when getting your picture taken with the Easter Bunny. It took forever to get you to quit looking at the Easter Bunny and look forward at the camera. You were amazed with the giant Bun Bun! Ms. Momma Mia was the biggest help! She took you, Bodhi, by the hand and led you around. Little Ava followed you two. You girls were adorable. Jude, Mommy and Aunt Amanda took turns lugging you around :) Mommy got the cutest pictures of you, Jude. Bodhi, it was hard to get any good pictures of you, you were all over the place! Needless to say, we all had a blast, and Aunt Amanda and Mommy want to take you kiddos to their Halloween and Christmas displays! They have live reindeer at Christmas time, how cool is that!?
Afterwards, Mommy took you Bodhi to get a Happy Meal from McDonald's... this is the second visit in the last couple of weeks (Mommy is going to have to make sure she's not spoiling you). Today, you had chicken nuggets with barbecue sauce, apple slices with carmel dipping sauce, and a sprite. Mommy thought with your new fondness of dipping your food, you would love chicken nuggets, and you did. I also decided against the milk, since they charge extra and we have plenty of milk at home. You loved every bite of your happy meal and every gulp of your sprite. Jude, you loved your dinner too hee/hee, you had spring vegetables and a fruit combo. When Daddy came home, he was sweet enough to let Mommy take a power nap, YES! Sister Kelly also came by and played with you both... today was a GREAT day! :) Tomorrow is the big Easter Egg hunt at Northwest Park! Mommy is so excited for you two!
