Friday Night Treats

Today we all went our separate ways.  Oh boy was it chilly out!  We had a light dusting of snow through the night.  This morning you two went to Aunt Ti's for the second day this week, 8am-6pm!  Mommy hates not spending either the morning or afternoon with you two, but I made up for it this evening :)  Aunt Ti made a good report on you both, but Bodhi, you were a little cranky after your nap.  Aunt Ti said you didn't eat a very good lunch and you were hungry when you woke up.  She went through all her snack foods asking you what you wanted :)-  You are feeling much better though.  You still have a cough and your nose runs every once in a while, but you are back to your old self.  Your eyes still look a little sick but a great improvement from two days ago!

Mommy worked from 8am-2pm, and then came home to meet a lady for your nine month speech therapy review, ugggh!  Anyway, after this year you are done my dear.  You are talking more and more each day.  Mommy and Daddy see no need to continue services.  After the meeting Grandmoo took Mommy's Lowes card and went to get the cat house supplies aka Bodhi's and Buddha's Animal Rescue project.  Grandmoo spent 2 1/2 hours at Lowes researching and deciding on what insulation and wood cover to put on the inside.  Mommy has learned to just let Grandmoo decide what to use because Mommy never gets the right stuff.  Mommy did some work, took care of the boys, and did some house chores while Grandmoo was shopping.  Once she returned, Mommy went to work outside, filling in holes dragging posts to be picked up by the street department, and cleaning up the remaining mess from moving the Rescue to it's new location.  Daddy has the hook up with the street department :)-  his best friend is in charge and takes care of us!

Daddy went and picked you two up from Aunt Ti's after he got off work since Mommy and Grandmoo were working outside.  He picked up a pizza from Pizza King for dinner and brought you two little munchkins home.  Mommy came inside and chased you two all over the house playing Mommy monster :/  Buddha, you are hilarious!  You go up to our Buddha statue, pat it on it's head and say "Da Da!"  You then give him several kisses, sit on his lap and giggle.  You are something else.  You even went and sat in your sister's lap.  Bodhi, you got the biggest kick out of "Dude," as you now call him,  sitting on your lap and started hugging him.  You made him mad though when you wouldn't let him up.  You two ate some pizza and drank some coke, uggh!  You two sucker us into giving you sips with your precious "please" and adorable little smiles.  Such a bad habit, but hey it's FRIDAY!  Buddha, you wanted to go to bed about 7:45pm so Mommy took you upstairs and rocked you.  Bodhi, Daddy was in the shower and you decided to check in on Mommy and "Dude" to see if we were ok, and then you blew a kiss and shut "Dude's" door.  You go all over this house by yourself, which is fine so long as Mr. Arlo is put up, but he doesn't bother you much now that you are older and taller, but we still don't trust him.  After "Dude" went to sleep, you wanted a "sweet tweet" so mommy gave you a bite of one of Daddy's candy bars :)-  You didn't care for it and spit it out in Mommy's hand :/  Daddy just put you to bed Bodhi!  You and your brother go to sleep with classical music playing and you have since birth.  Mommy is now old and addicted to listening to classical music hee/hee  I love at night when you can hear it playing throughout the house.  Daddy plays it from his office and we have speakers in your room.  It's so peaceful ;)  Sweet dreams my loves xoxoxoxo

Daddy too is going to bed after a long day at work, and he doesn't want Mommy to go back out and work on the yard.  Mommy thinks he's just worried about what the neighbors will think he/hee  Mommy bought an outside work light tonight :)-

This weekend is going to be a busy busy work weekend for Mommy and Daddy.  Stats final, yard work, Rescue house, finals for Daddy's classes, and keeping up on inside chores ugggh.   Mommy promises to make it fun for you two though.  Mommy has to get our pictures done this weekend for Christmas cards too (I'm so far behind) but everyone looks forward to our funny cards with Mr. Murff and Mr. Arlo dressed up, so I've got to get them done.
