A Mellow Brick Road...: What's Up With Thursdays?

If we are going to have a difficult, trying, messy day, it seems it always falls on a Thursday, and unfortunately, today was one of those "Ugggh Thursdays." Lets see, Bodhi, you for whatever reason, pooped on the floor beside your potty, Mr. Buddha and Mommy had the pleasure of stepping in it. Mommy didn't even notice until I was washing Mr. Arlo in the bath tub and you, Jude, start yelling "Poop, Poop Momma," while pointing at Momma. "Poop, what, where?" Yep, on my foot, on your foot Jude, and you freaked out and smeared it on your leg. You and Mommy were both gagging while Bodhi went and hid. Mommy had to try and keep Mr. Arlo in the bath tub (all soaped up) while gagging and cleaning the both of us. It was a mess. We tracked it on the carpet which was the icing on our Thursday morning. OOOOh Bodhi, what the heck girlfriend?

After Mommy gave Mr. Arlo and Ms. Allie a bath, I too jumped in the shower. After Mommy got everyone cleaned up, we went to get Mommy a flu shot, stopping by to pick up Daddy from work. Daddy sat in the car with you two while Mommy ran inside to get the shot. We took Daddy back to work, and then headed to Hobby Lobby to pick up some invitations for Mommy's Graduation/Fall Open House Celebration. Mommy scored three packs of invitation kits on clearance, YAY! Mommy also had to pick up some gold craft paint to finish my pig project. You two were good, so you suckered Mommy into buying you both a little treat for yourselves, despite being on a tight budget this month. When we returned home, and after eating lunch, Mommy fed the hounds, started some laundry and got you two down for a nap. Mommy then laid down for a quick nap too :) Mommy's work was cancelled tonight, but GiGi insisted that you two still come over for a while.

While Buddha and Mommy napped, you Ms. Bodhi decided to make another HUGE mess! You took a chair into the bathroom, took Mommy's hair wax product out of the cabinet and proceeded to smear the thick sticky wax all over your skin, all in your hair, all over the mirror, and all over your tv. Ewwww girlfriend, Mommy was HOT! Buddha, you saved your sister by waking up in the middle of the mess discovery... so, Mommy rushed you both to GiGi and informed GiGi that you two weren't coming home ha/ha. GiGi was dying when she saw your hair Bodhi. Mommy told her to leave it, and that I'd give you a bath when you returned home. GiGi and Gi-Pa were just thankful you didn't cut your hair again, especially right before pictures. You two played until 9pm, then Mommy came and picked you two up. Mommy was able to get some things done at home while you two were away :)
