This morning Mommy and Daddy worked together to get things done. Daddy participated in your Speech Therapy session, Bodhi, while Mommy made phone calls and conducted a morning drop-in on Mommy's client. After Mommy returned, an hour later, Mommy played with you both, and Daddy went to work. You both have grown extremely fond of the "Mommy Monster!" Mommy chases you around saying, "I'm hungry, I think I'll have snack of some Bodhi back ribs," or "Mommy is reallllly hungry and needs a good meal with a side of Buddha thighs." Then Mommy catches you both and mouths or play bites your ribs and thighs hee/hee. You two scream and laugh so hard. If Mommy stops, you both come toward Mommy clamping your teeth like you're going to snack on Mommy :) This is what we did for a good couple of hours (woooo wheeeee)! You both went down for your afternoon naps after you both ate two lunches. Mommy fed you both, then you decided you wanted to eat Mommy's lunch of leftover chili. Mommy couldn't believe you two actually liked chili! Needless to say, the rest of the day was spent swimming in "poop particles" aka gassy little toots from both of your rears!
Thankfully, you both took long naps today. Jude, you slept a record four and a half hours! Bodhi, you woke up at 4:30pm, your usual time. Grandmoo snuck over to take a measurement of Mommy's front porch light. Mommy told Grandmoo since she loved the light and we are moving, she needed to switch hers out for ours. You two caught her though, and then you wouldn't let her leave. So, Grandmoo played with you both for a little while, and then she helped Mommy get you both fed. She left as I was giving you both a bath. Jude, you finished your bath just as Daddy arrived home from work. So, Daddy got to snuggle that clean fresh baby bum. However, despite the awesome smelling baby bath, baby lotion, and hair products, we were still smelling both of you tooting away. You two will never eat chili again! Tomorrow you both are going to Aunt Ti's...she'll be happy to deal with both of your tootin' bums!
