Just Another Family Saturday

Juders, you got Mommy up at 7am, which is a little later than usual, but still way too early for a Saturday hee/hee  You were up for about a half hour when your sister decided to start hollering "Mommm, Da Da Da!"  Mommy got you both fed and dressed.  Daddy went to work for a couple of hours, as is his normal Saturday morning routine.  GiGi stopped by to pick up some of Mommy's yummo chili.  Mommy had called GiGi early this morning to tell her and Poncho not to make lunch and/or dinner because Mommy had a huge pot of chili :)  She played with us until Daddy returned home, and then she headed home.

After your afternoon naps, Mommy went to work for about an hour, conducting a daily unannounced drop-in visit, and then we all packed up in the car and super stalked our soon- to- be new home.  Mommy and Daddy drive by it several times a day, we've started to worry that we're going to get the cops called on us hee/hee  because someone always sees us creeping by staring at it hee/hee  We then took a family car ride looking at people's landscaping and fences.  Mommy and Daddy have become obsessed with locating the perfect fence :)  After our family car ride, you two played on the porch for a little while, and then Mommy threw you both in the bath.  You both had dried snot on your face, it looked as though you had a facial mask of white baby powder around your lips and nose :0  You both enjoyed your bath, and smelled yummy, baby fresh.  Mommy then gave you both a dose of Tylenol and Jude, you were nursed to sleep.  Bodhi, you were wanting to do something other than watch tv with Daddy, he was watching a show and you wanted to watch your cartoons hee/hee.  Mommy put your shoes on you, and we, along with Mr. Murff, went and visited Grandmoo.  Bodhi, you put a puzzle together all by yourself.  It's a very difficult puzzle too.  Mommy and Grandmoo cheered for you and you in turn  danced around.  Mommy also held up one finger and said "you can put the puzzle together once," you nodded your head yes, and held up one finger.  After you put the puzzle together, you turned to Mommy and signed "more" and held up two fingers.  Mommy and Grandmoo were so impressed, we allowed you to put the puzzle together for a second time.  Bodhi, you love your brother, but you LOVE LOVE LOVE your "brotherless" evenings with Mommy, Daddy, and often Grandmoo.  Bubby, you are a Momma's boy through and through!  Daddy can't even hold you while Mommy tries to do something, you scream until Mommy takes you back hee/hee

When we came home from Grandmoo's, you went and got your book "Brown Bear, Brown Bear, after Mommy pointed to a brown bear on tv and started saying "brown bear, brown bear."  You are so smart!  Mommy read the book to you and then you were ready for bed.  Daddy tucked you in, as you have recently grown accustomed to :(

On a side note, Mr. Murff has reverted back to puppy behaviors.  He is so much more active and back to doing things he use to do when he was a pup.  He's even coming upstairs at night, wanting to jump on our bed, but he ends up laying next to you Jude in your crib.  Mommy doesn't know what to think about Mr. Murff.  Mommy's friend said she thought it was either his last big burst of energy before he goes down, or he's getting better, Mommy doesn't know which, but both make sense.  So, Mr. Murff, Mommy's fingers are crossed that you are getting better :)

"Where did Momma go?"

"My what big ears you have Mr. Murff!"

Buddha loves Mr. Murff kisses!
You were extra lovey today Buddha... you kept running toward Mommy and planting a big wet open mouth kiss on Momma's mouth.  You then pucker your lips and make a kiss sound hee/hee

Showing Daddy your teeth :)

Jude, you are a ham!  Bodhi making some unique sidewalk art :)
