Home Sweet Home

Well, we made it through the night!  Bodhi you woke up every couple of hours, fussed a little, and then fell back asleep.  After Daddy was done with his meetings, we all packed up and went in search of a place to eat.  Mommy had never eaten at the Hard Rock Cafe, plus a parking spot opened up as we were driving by hee/hee so we decided to try it out.  Bodhi, everyone went ga ga over you!  They loved your big bow and your big ornery smile.  Jude, you were covered and asleep when we first arrived,  but you eventually started hollering and made an appearance... coincidentally, when the Beatles song "Hey Jude," started playing, it couldn't have been more perfect.  The waitresses all stopped at our table to talk to you, Jude. Mommy told them you woke for your song.  One waitress commented, "oh he likes this song, hu?"  Then Mommy told them you were named Jude, after the Beatles song... they loved it!  After lunch we went to the World Market, one of Mommy and Daddy's favorite stores, then we headed home.

We arrived home to find three boxes of flowers!  Great Papaw Grills sent Mommy, Bodhi, and Jude flowers for Valentines Day.  Bodhi you went nuts, you loved them and kept walking up to them, pointing and smelling them :)  Jude you tried to grab one of the flowers, but Bodhi quickly intervened hee/hee.  Mommy will put the notes from Great Papaw in both of your baby books.  Mommy's flowers were absolutely beautiful!  Bodhi and Jude, your flowers were in the cutest little lady bug baskets.

Once we got settled in, Uncle Bruce, Aunt Laura, and Luke Rood came by to visit.  Shortly after the Rood's arrived, sister Kelly dropped in to see you both.  It was a full house.  Bodhi, you loved Luke.  You even posed for a picture sitting next to Luke :)  Mommy played the Gummy Bear song for you and you danced for everyone!  Uncle Bruce and Aunt Laura cannot believe how big you are Jude.  You were all hyped up with everything going on.

Bodhi in her big pink bow... everyone commented how cute you looked :)
