Daddy spent the day with all of us today. Daddy's teaching schedule allows for him to be home on Wednesdays this semester. After you both got up from your naps, Mommy got you both changed, fed and settled in to watch Shrek with Daddy, while Mommy grocery shopped (Mommy hates grocery shopping)! Bodhi, you adore the Shrek movies. Mommy and Daddy just love to watch you light up, smile, and giggle while watching them. You are so adorable when you see Shrek. Jude you have always been fascinated with television and you are always smiling, so it was no big surprise that you enjoyed your Daddy time in front of the tube today.
Bodhi, you fed yourself an entire meal with a spoon for the first time today. You have mastered finger foods and have recently shown an interest in using utensils to eat, so Mommy thought it was time for you to have a go at it. Mommy studied you while you ate and came to the conclusion that you are left handed (Mommy of course has pictures to support this claim).
Jude, you have developed an obvious fondness for your sister (despite still not trusting her and/or fearing her when she comes near you). You were observed watching Bodhi play on several occasions, and every time she laughed you would smile real big and let out a squeal!
Dinner was not the only first for you tonight Bodhi! After dinner, Mommy was filling the bath tub and gathering up all the needed after bath supplies (diaper, diaper cream, pj's, lotion etc...) and Mommy turned around and there you were, sitting in the tub, happy as could be... with your clothes ON! You read Mommy's less than approving facial expression and stood up immediately and started crying! Seriously, when people say it only takes a second... it literally took you 30 seconds to climb in the tub, without any telling splashes or flops. Mommy didn't even realize you were in the bathroom with her!! Lesson learned for the both of us :)
Bodhi feeding herself veggies (left-handed) no problemo!
You couldn't quite get the pasta pieces on the spoon, so you thought it would be more efficient to pick it up and put it on the spoon ;)-
Success! Yummm Yum!
Right-handed... NOT so much!
FINALLY, DESSERT!
Bath time gone bad!
You LOVE your Momma Jude!
"No Sissy, No!"
"HELP!!!! She's going to slip and step on me!"
"You just had to take pictures of that, didn't you Momma?"
Pouting Buddha ;(
